This is my wife's favorite salad. She said she could eat it every day. For me, however, the noodles are undercooked and too much of the kale spine is left in the salad. Other than that, it's great.

I started liking the Mediterranean diet cookbook of recipes. Then came across is pasta from Sam’s. I love this pasta salad and keep Going back every time for it. It’s a must try.

I love this salad and don’t really want to give a review because I don’t want more people to buy it and have it sold out next time I go. But here is it. This salad is great as a meal or a side. I haven’t met anyone yet who didn’t like it.

I wish they would make smaller packages like they used to. Also wish they would add more kale with fewer noodles. Taste is good but I usually end up throwing out a lot of noodles so stopped buying it.

Very good flavor but a large amount of kale stems and stalks are being thrown in and it’s why I only rated it 3 stars. It would be 5 stars if the kale stems/stslks were removed

This Mediterranean pasta salad is exquisite, really, for pasta salad lovers. Even the kale is perfect in it, all ruffly and fresh. It's perfect for a dish to bring to a potluck, especially now that they are selling it in a larger container.
