It’s an inexpensive meal you can feel good about.

I never thought I would write a positive review for a Kale & Pasta, cold salad. But here I am. My family and I LOVE this. It is not sweet. It is not spicy, it is not salty, but somehow, it is delicious. The pasta is usually firm, the kale is tender. The sun-dried tomatoes are lightly sweet and plentiful but not overpowering. The dressing completely coats without being oily, and is flavorful, the parmesan is fresh and generous, adding a bit of saltiness but too much. It is filling and stays with you without making you feel bloated or sleepy. It's great as a side or as a light lunch. My husband takes it as a light meal on nights he has martial arts. Not what it use to be...

Loved it in the past. But the last few times I've purchased the salad have not been great. There were too many kale stems that ruins the joy of eating it. I've spent 15 mins picking them all out. In addition, ther is little to no feta chunks or parmesan cheese anymore, which gave this dish its unique flavor. I've had to add my own. Its gotten to the point where i'm considering not buying it anymore, and just make the entire dish myself.

    Tastes great!

    Careful - poor quality control

    Remove the rib

    The hard rib needs to be removed before cutting kale for a salad. Otherwise, this salad has good flavor.

    The Best

    This is the best! I tried recreating it at home, even bought special basil olive oil and it wasn’t nearly as good. I hope they never discontinue it!

    Too much pasta

    This is usually a very tasty salad but now since they went to a bigger size which by the way is just too much, they should change the name to pasta salad

    So much better than I expected!

    This stuff is delicious. I have never liked kale and I am not a fan of feta cheese. However, I cannot get over how delicious this stuff is, and how nicely the flavors melded together. Total win for me and my entire family.

    A family member purchased this salad from Maple Grove Sam’s Club and brought it to a party. The salad was amazing and everyone loved it. I wish they had it at Rochester’s location because I would definitely get it again!

    23 grams of Fat per serving is not heart healthy!

    23 grams of fat perving is way too much fat for a salad! It tasted good but due to the high fat content, it is not a heart healthy option for my family. Too many long woody stems on the kale as well.

    Seed Oil

    This is a Med salad. They should be using 100% EVOO. Instead, it looks like they are primarily using seed oil. So Sam's cheaped out at our health expense. Shame on you Sam's.
