So Good!

Got this salad several times gifted to me.. noodle are out, kale is difinately out. I save the dressing and cheeses. dressing (vegetable oil [canola and/or soybean oil], water, extra virgin olive oil, basil, white balsamic vinegar, dried garlic, salt, less than 2% of sugar, phosphoric acid, xanthan gum) NOW rethinking.. I'll make the dressing..but this is really good dressing to marinade mozzerella cheese in...even coat fresh diced veggies in and marinade your spatchcock chicken in broil (dont use too much as fire may result in oven) or throw on a grill/fire outside.

Would be fine by me. I asked if I could get it with less (or no) kale, and was told "that's how we get it, it comes to us in a big bag". I like this salad, but would like it lots more with lots less Kale. I add sea salt, pepper, a bit of lemon dressing, and lemon juice.

I bought this salad and loved it… It seemed fresh and packed with flavor but after eating it for dinner the evening I purchased it and the next day for lunch, I became so violently ill that I had to seek medical attention to get a shot just to quell the nausea and vomiting. I was sick and missed work for two days. The only thing I ate between the two servings of salad was a slice of toast with coffee. I’ve never been so sick. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven’t been able to eat anything green since without being nauseous from the thought. There’s no way to know 100% it was the salad but even the doctor didn’t think viral because I had no other symptoms and thought it was definitely food poisoning.

The kale was very pungent and earthy....overpoweringly so....and that wasn’t a good thing, as it was very gritty as well, and left a funky aftertaste. If any kind of dressing was added, it needed so much more, as the rest of the dish (after I picked out most of the kale) was super flarvorless.

We tried these as a sample and immediately purchased them. They’re every bit as good as the carnitas I pick up at my favorite Mexican restaurant. I served them on date night along with peppers as fajitas. In the future I plan on adding them to soup and maybe serving along with potatoes for a Sunday dinner. They cook very quickly and are very good for a fast and filling meal.

I was extremely disappointed with the Mediterranean Pasta Salad . Being married to a Greek man for 50 years I thought I'd surprise him with something different. No no no just awful. Too dry this salad and no flavor at all except for the sun dried tomatoes. I must say the truth I am sorry I wasted my money. If it weren't for the 45 minute drive each way I would have returned it.

I bought this today as a pickup order, so I didn't get to pick it out. If I had, I wouldn't have bothered. This "pasta salad" is in fact a Kale salad with some tortellini thrown in. It was literally 75% kale and large, coarsely chopped kale, way too big to be in a pasta salad. There is not near enough dressing, despite mixing it in the bowl, so it feels like you are swallowing dry kale. Once I picked out and tossed the ridiculous amount of kale, I was left with 25% pasta salad. Really poor excuse for a pasta salad
