Just tried this salad and it's just average. The taste is good but my preference is for it to not be so dry and have more sundried tomatoes and something to give it some jazz. I added Zesty Italian dressing to make it more palatable for me.

Sam's kale pasta salad is one excellent ready to serve option. Transfer it to a container from home before you take it to a dinner. Nobody will know that you didn't make it yourself!

I take a Tupperware of this to work every night. And this is my “healthy” snack for the day! I love this stuff! :) Yes, the Kale is kind of crunchy (some bites) but the pasta and cheese and sauce makes it worth it!

I did some adjustments at home, removed some thick kale stems and added a little bit more kale leaves. Other than that the salad was delicious, I'll buy it again.

I like cooked kale but simply love Feta, sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesean cheese. Decided to try it on a whim and it didn't disappoint. I ended up adding some chickpeas, more Feta and chicken for 2 meals. Very filling and delicious.

My husband and I have loved this pasta salad over the summer. It keeps well in the fridge is great for lunches or potlucks. People are always very impressed with it when we bring it to share.

400 calories per cup! Seriously for Kale salad?! Granted it's the oils and pasta adding up..but still... Instead enjoy a cup of ice cream or cake for the same calorie count and save yourself from the kale experience (stems included).
