This is some great pasta salad. Perfect ratio of crunch kale to soft pasta. Great light flavor. Well balanced and delicious! Highly recommend!

Bad Additives like sulphur dioxide and powdered cellulose.  Tastes good, but will not buy again because of the unnecessary bad additives.

I never thought I would write a positive review for a Kale & Pasta, cold salad. But here I am. My family and I LOVE this. It is not sweet. It is not spicy, it is not salty, but somehow, it is delicious. The pasta is usually firm, the kale is tender. The sun-dried tomatoes are lightly sweet and plentiful but not overpowering. The dressing completely coats without being oily, and is flavorful, the parmesan is fresh and generous, adding a bit of saltiness but too much. It is filling and stays with you without making you feel bloated or sleepy. It's great as a side or as a light lunch. My husband takes it as a light meal on nights he has martial arts. I even convinced my picky 30 something to finally try it and they begrudgingly admitted that it's good. It’s a tasty, inexpensive meal you can feel good about eating.
