The hard rib needs to be removed before cutting kale for a salad. Otherwise, this salad has good flavor.

Usually Great tasting and healthy doesn’t go together—but this pasta is both. I’m so glad it does NOT have rapeseed oil in it (canola) which so awful—thank you for not putting that oil in it.
