I am so glad I gave this salad a try. The pasta to kale ratio is perfect and the sun-dried tomatoes/cheese just elevates the combo. We pair this with prepared chicken breast or rotisserie chicken for a quick lunch. I hope Sam’s keeps this in rotation for a while.

Omg This salad is delicious. I used to buy two containers every time I visited Sam’s club. Like once or twice a month. But I would also order online. This was my favorite dish. But lately I been looking at the ingredients. Because ingredients is important. And I can’t believe my eyes Ive been eating this for quite some time say 7 months. But unfortunately I will not be purchasing this product any longer because 4 ingredients in this product can cause Cancer. It’s extremely bad for your health… so I am done no more pasta

So I really like this salad, however I tried it on an “off” day and fell in love with it. The off day didn’t contain feta cheese or roasted tomatoes/red pepper and it was amazing. i search for the variety with the least amount of these ingredients and get disappointed. I’m also a little disappointed with the amount of noodles, i wish there was more kale instead, would probably be a lot less fattening. Otherwise it is a pretty tasty salad, especially when honey smoked salmon is added!

If I had to pick one meal to eat for the rest of my life, this would be in the running. Perfect summer side dish, but can be eaten as a meal also. Was hesitant to buy it at first, because Mediterranean usually implies olives (I hate olives), but I’m happy to report there are no olives in here!

This is a wonderful salad. But this time it seemed there wasn’t enough dressing. Very healthy.
