Member's Mark Mediterranean Kale Pasta Salad, priced per pound

We discovered this salad a couple of months ago. It's REALLY good. And needless to say, healthy.

There is to much Kale and not enough dressing

A tasty salad with kale, sundried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and pasta with an olive oil dressing

The pasta was too dry. Needed more olive oil or noodles to be cooked just a few minutes more.

For those who dont like drippy salad, the dressing on the side would be great.

Loved it in the past.  But the last few times I've purchased the salad have not been great.  There were too many kale stems that ruins the joy of eating it.  I've spent 15 mins picking them all out. In addition, ther is little to no feta chunks or parmesan cheese anymore, which gave this dish its unique flavor. I've had to add my own.  Its gotten to the point where i'm considering not buying it anymore, and just make the entire dish myself.

Not what it use to be...

This is literally the best salad I’ve ever eaten! Took away one star for two things - I’d like to see healthier ingredients like olive oil vs the oil that’s used, and I’d also recommend Sam’s removing every kale stick that can’t be eaten and only include the leaves. But over all, it’s great taste wise and I will continue buying.
