[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is the best fish oil supplement, or one of the best I have taken in a long time. First of all, the size of the bottle is not dramatically big, these are 200 doses in a bottle, which will last me over 6 months, as only one per day is recommended. A few months ago I was found deficient for Vitamin D, and the provider recommended 2000 IU per day, so it can't be any more perfect as far as dosing amounts, with one of these soft gels per day I take care of my Omega-3 and Vitamin D needs. Yes, the soft gel is big as most other fish oil that I've seen, for me in particular is not a problem at all, but I can see how that can be an issue for other people and especially for the ones that have trouble swallowing pills. Also one of my favorite aspects about the formula utilized on this fish oil is that it has essential oils (mint) used as natural flavor. As a regular fish oil consumer, the aftertaste is a typical negative effect, but in this case the aftertaste is mint! and I am 100% ok with that, I can't stand the fishy aftertaste, well... all I taste is minty goodness after I take it, that makes a huge difference for me, highly recommend if you are looking to find a fish oil with no fishy aftertaste.

What I like most about them is that they don't leave a fishy after taste in my mouth. They come in a bottle of 200 and they are gluten free, soy free, egg free, nut free, and milk free. I really like that they support heart health. They are larger pills but are very easy to swallow since they are soft gels. I take one a day in the morning with my breakfast.
