You won't even know you took this fish oil if you take it in the morning. You won't be burping up fish taste in your mouth all day. The only draw back to these capsules is the size. They didn't not bother me, but I can see how they may be too large for others to swallow. Other than that I would recommend! Also, I love the added benefit of the vitamin D.

Each soft gel is made with quality ingredients and you can tell each time you take one. Each soft gel contains not only the omega-3's from fish oil, but also mint essential oil and vitamin D3. I haven't seen that in an omega-3 before. There is also not a fish taste after you take them either, which I really appreciate. It makes taking them a lot easier. Each soft gel is 1200 mg of fish oil and 50 mcg of vitamin D3. Between both, you get a really good dose of omega's. The size of each soft gel is pretty large, but because they are soft gels, they are very easy to swallow. They slide right down with no problem. I was kind of worried about that when I saw the size, but I haven't had any issues. You only need one per day too, so that makes it a lot easier as well. I like that taking these helps support my brain and my heart health too. I like knowing I am helping keep my body in good condition when I take one of these soft gels. All in all, these omega-3's have been great. If you are looking for a good quality omega-3 that doesn't taste gross, give these a shot. You will be happy that you did. After taking these supplements for the last 3 weeks I have noticed that my skin is softer and my dermatitis is not as bad. These pills don't leave a bad aftertaste and it is such a bonus to be able to have vitamin D added so I can combine pills and not have to take 2!
