I checked the reviews on this before purchasing because I hate the fishy aftertaste and/or burps I got when I tried previous brands. Many reviews on here warn of minty burps but since mint is better than fish (in my opinion), I gave it a try. Serving size is 1 pill but I take 2 with breakfast to get the amount of Omega 3 and DHA that I need and I think taking them with food helps to minimize any burps. For me, I only burped when I took the pills with hot coffee and even then, there weren't many and they were small, minty burps, not loud and obnoxious. When I take them with room temp or cold water, I don't burp at all. Everyone is different, but you can't beat the price and with Sam's Club's return policy and great customer service, they're definitely worth a try.

This supplement is by far the best one I have ever taken. It doesn't taste or smell fishy at all. The capsules are very easy to swallow. I really love how many great health benefits this product has. The addition of the mint essential oil does help with the after effects of taking this type of supplement. The shape is easy to swallow but the size does make it difficult.
