Great that it has vitamin D3 as well. So many people have a vitamin D deficiency and don't even know it! These are a little on the big side but the slick texture helps them not be too bad for me to swallow. Could be difficult for some people to swallow though.

Fish oil is good for keeping your heart healthy and vitamin D3 is good for strengthening bone health. They are easy to take and I like all of the benefits I'm getting from them.
