Hi Guys, love my scooter. Only minor issue is the locking mechanism on the handlebar. It showed up, and felt loose, and sketchy. I took it apart and put another washer behind it and now it locks better. Thanks for an awesome scooter. waiting for Spring.

Maybe I got a bad unit. It came missing a bolt in the kickstand (only had one). nbd. But this thing has almost no power. I expected it to be slower than my electric longboard (which has 2x250w moters) but not this much. 18mph is a lie. If I pick up the front tire and hold the throttle wide open it gets to 17. On flat ground I can get around 14mph if the road is smooth. If I'm going up even the slightest hill this drops to 7mph. A mid grade hill I get about 5mph.

This is a decent product for the price point, and it is fun, but it does not go 18 mph. The brake barely works and the acceleration sticks. So, if you want to question whether you’ll stop, or be able to decelerate and you don’t mind tinkering with it after every couple of rides, this product will do. Had high hopes for this scooter and it didn’t quite live up to them.

I charged it over 6 hours, took it out for a spin... nothing happens! Probably broken when they send it to me. Now it just stay in the basement since I got it, until I decide what to do with it. I do not have time to deal with it right now, sine I am very busy with work.

I'm sadly disappointed. It may say up to 260lbs but at 230lbs it lacks power, and distance. The distance is only about 1000 feet. I bought it so I could use it to go to work. Which is about 1.75 miles. It has to be constantly recharged after every short distance. I'm looking into finding a young teenager who would like to have it just for fun.

Do like all components, but one, of the Swagger Elite Portable Foldable electric Scooter 18 MPG SG-5. The one (1) item that is unsatisfactory & stands out is the inability to see or view the screen in the day light; speed, battery level, turn lights on or off, etc.

Two things I would like to see improved. The range for me is 7-7.5 miles so would like it to be improved. Also the display is not visibe even on a cloudy day. Only in a dark room or under a bridge or overpass. They only way to check the battery condition in daylight is to use the app on you phone. Otherwise I love it

Definitely won’t go more than 4.5 miles and not 18mph.. averages about 10mph unless going down a steep grade. Really mad I purchased this product as they did not put the proper specs. Owned this for about 2 months and now it wont work anymore. Falls apart and cheap materials. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

Purchased for Christmas, used a few time before the front tire went flat. Seems to be a common problem based on reviews. Beats me why they don't use same solid tire that is located on the rear. Loses air out of the left and right side of the tire bead. Has been sitting in my garage collecting dust ever since.

I love the product but wish they would conceal/protect the wires and cables. The wires/cables enter/exit the frame at odd spots and I'm concerned they will soon become worn. The grommets are not secured in the openings and the cables rub against the rough steel openings.
