Rated for 300 pounds. My hubby 240 and to help it up a slight incline by kicking. He likes it though and having fun on it.

Battery runs out quick and very slow on flat surfaces on level 3. Going to return junk

My family loves it! It's fun to ride around the neighborhood.

We haven't used it a whole lot yet, but we are very happy with it!

Not much action since the weather has been very rainy. No photos yet. But the few times my 11 yr old grand daughter did ride she was quite pleased with the performance, smooth gear shifting, braking. One of her comments to me was that the charge has lasted, which was surprising.

I purchased the Swagtron 5 foldable last year to solve a mobility issue that I have with extreme pain due to sciatica nerve problems. Its been a god send and allows me to become mobile while visiting the beach, parks and other public spaces that have a lot of distance between my car and the venue. Using the scooter reduces walking long treks to get to these places. The scooter has a great charging cycle time and I'm up and running very quickly. The battery usually lasts for 4-6 hours of heavy ridding. I would recommend the Swagtron 5 foldable for anyone that needs to take a scooter in their automobile and has limited space.

I bought this for my husband after listening to him complain about missing the early bus home all the time. From the first day he got and used it he said it was worth it. The biggest complaint that I’ve heard from him was that when he had to send it back for repairs that it took way too long to get it back. Recently his front tier isn’t staying inflated but I don’t know what he’s going to do as yet. Overall he loves the scooter.

Maybe I got a bad unit. It came missing a bolt in the kickstand (only had one). nbd. But this thing has almost no power. I expected it to be slower than my electric longboard (which has 2x250w moters) but not this much. 18mph is a lie. If I pick up the front tire and hold the throttle wide open it gets to 17. On flat ground I can get around 14mph if the road is smooth. If I'm going up even the slightest hill this drops to 7mph. A mid grade hill I get about 5mph.

This is a decent product for the price point, and it is fun, but it does not go 18 mph. The brake barely works and the acceleration sticks. So, if you want to question whether you’ll stop, or be able to decelerate and you don’t mind tinkering with it after every couple of rides, this product will do. Had high hopes for this scooter and it didn’t quite live up to them.

The product is of a good heavy duty quality & is very compact. Is a bit slower then the bird/lime scooters, with a top speed of 15mph. Another major downfall is the battery life! The battery is claimed to last over 15 miles of life but that is also a false claim. It is believed to last 6-9 miles on a full battery with no bluetooth or headlight activated.
