Tough and not cut even, one end was 1" thick, the other 1/2". Not as much flavor as most rib-eye's I've had

Prime grade meats at Sam's are the bomb. I will never go back to choice or select. Pricy yes, but soooo worth it.

Nice steaks; cooked on high in a cast iron skillet with EVOO and butter. My wife said they were the best ever.

These were 1.5" thick, with a big cap. I dry brined them, brushed with olive oil, added Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning and grilled them to med-rare. They were as good as a Morton's or Ruth's Chris steak!

I eat Carnivore way of eating and I eat ribeyes for higher fat content. However, Sam's trims to muchbof the fat cap off. I guess that I need to catch the butcher and have them cut me a whole one and leave all of the fat.

I love the Member's Mark Prime beef Ribeye steaks! The price is great for Prime, and the quality is excellent. You can really tell the difference with Prime beef, and the Prime Ribeyes are consistently great.
