Fit these into your normal Sams run. These steaks turned out amazing. Did a reverse sear on them. Smoked them at 225 for an hour to about 120 then seared them to 140-145 internal on a HOT gas grill (500 degrees). Melt in your mouth tender.

Used to buy these all the time. Last time got 2 steaks $43 cooked to a perfect mid rare amd came out tough. Seeing if i can get a refund cause thats not quality prime ribeye
