Bought these twice. Both times they were not as tender as Choice ribeyes I bought locally for several dollars less a pound.

Great ribeyes

Fit these into your normal Sams run. These steaks turned out amazing. Did a reverse sear on them. Smoked them at 225 for an hour to about 120 then seared them to 140-145 internal on a HOT gas grill (500 degrees). Melt in your mouth tender.
