The steaks ended up being a little tough

Usually very good, but these were very tough and chewy.

Steaks were thick and fresh.

The “Prime” Ribeyes were delicious!! Nice and tender!!

For premium ribeye steaks, had a little too much fat.

tender, and fabulous flavor, worth the extra price per pound to get prime cuts
