Okay, i'm cheap but decided to get this prime beef ribeye steak to try it out. I will start off by saying when cooked correctly, this is some of the juiciest steak you can have. I made some Philly Cheesesteaks and wow they tasted amazing with this steak! I just got rid of any excess fat and chopped it up into paper-thin slices

Since 2020 COVID steaks have been really lousy across the board and unfortunately Sam's has been no exception. The meat is labeled as prime but it's actually choice at best, tough as well as dry and not really worth the price. I'll check back in a couple of months to see where we're at.

Sam’s Club is our first choice for steak! The prime is well priced. And the choice steaks are excellen5 as well. It is our first choice for steak, which we usually cook outside on our gas grill side burner in a cast iron skillet to avoid mess and odors inside.

Sam’s sells good beef and their ‘Prime’ is particularly flavorful, tender and well-marbled. I have read that there is some dispute over whether Sam’s Prime grade is actually USDA Prime but it’s close enough for me and as beef prices go these days it is reasonably priced.

Nice steaks. They are thick with minimal fat. Perfect for grilling. For something different, try marinating in Fat Free Italian Dressing for a few hours in a plastic bag. Fat Free Dressing contains no oil, therefore it will not flare up on your grill if you have an open flame 🔥

The best rib eye steaks anywhere

When we do buy steak, our favorite is ribeye and getting ‘Prime' is totally worth the extra cost.

Delicious ribeyes. I'd definitely buy these again. So much better than any others I've tried.
