A HEALTHY BREAKFAST TREAT

I like to buy 2 bunches of bananas. When the skins are yellow, I slice, fast freeze, bag in a Ziploc freezer bag & store in the freezer. The FROZEN slices taste so delicious in my cold breakfast cereal with cinnamon, a little Stevia & berries. [Do not thaw the slices, then they are very mushy.]

Green, Green,Green

Ordered for pick up at the store. Didn't notice what they looked like when the store employee brought them out and loaded in the back of my car! Anyway, they never do ripen to the yellow color that most bananas look like. They do ripen but the peel looks almost black. They taste ok but not exceptional. I probably won't buy again?

Yuck!

Thin batter and oily. This is not Mrs. Field's recipe or cookies. Please don't waste your money or time. Anyone could make a better batter than this. It's so disappointing and they're asking 9.99 a tub for it. No way. My family was excited, but when we baked. The cookies don't rise at all. They spread out thin and have gobs of oil in the center and not a very good flavor. It all taste artificial.

Bananas go bad within 4 days

When I bought it was kind of green. I waited a few days and saw spots on the bananas. Then within 2-3 days they were overripe. Had to throw them out. Disappointed with these bananas this time around. I think I was able to eat 2 bananas from the bunch of 8. This was a waste of my money.

Ripen differently than grocery store bananas

The bananas are fine but they ripen oddly. They don't ripen like regular bananas where they turn a darker yellow with brown spots. These ripen by turning solid brown. The bananas taste fine and we usually eat a few and use the rest for banana bread.

Love banana's, eat 1 a day if not run out.

Banana's are a stable in my home, I enjoy them also I was told by my Doctor to eat 1 everyday. I eat plain, add into oatmeal, sliced up with sugar and cinnamon, on peanut butter sandwich, bowl fresh fruit, on grilled cheese sandwich. So many different ways you can change up and enjoy your banana a day.

Bananas

I prefer my Bananas slightly green (may be an unpopular opinion) so I will only purchase bananas that are a specific color. Too green-they'll never ripen. Too yellow- they will have to be eaten immediately or fed to my monkey-possessed children. Typically I will purchase small bunches at smaller markets to reduce the possibility that my mood changing children won't want bananas for the next week and I'll be inclined to turn leftovers into smoothies or banana bread. This particular trip, we had almost no fruit in the house and my little demons were getting feisty so possibility of stopping somewhere else was not happening. Overall, good purchase. Bananas were perfect for me the next day and were gobbled up between the 4 of us within 3 or 4 days.

Sam's Club to the garbage!

I had to throw about 1/2 of each banana in the garbage because it was rotten. The skin showed distress but since I used curbside pickup I did not see I was being sold something I could not eat. Why would Sam's Club do that to a long time senior citizen customer???

Would recommend to a friend.

We like getting our bananas from Sam's Club. We order through grocery pick-up. And we like that the order pickers pick out bunches of bananas that are green instead of yellow ones that we've received from other stores. They last a lot longer when we get them green. Thank you.

Fresh bananas at a great price!

I was worried about getting such a large bunch of bananas and being able to use them before they went bad, but the price was too good to pass up. The bananas stayed fresh longer than I expected and were delicious. For fresh produce, Sam's Club quality and prices can't be beat!
