Product seems made of quality, durable materials. The directions to assemble were as unclear as only an engineer could make them. Seriously the pictures were minuscule with few close up views. How about putting a few stickers with messages like "Left side, Right side, bottom" etc? I'm pretty good at assembly/making things and I got the thing almost 100% assembled before I realized that the sides, which are almost identical, were reversed. So It sits outside waiting for clement weather to re assemble the whole thing.

We saw this storage box online and liked the price and features. The color is actually dark brown, not the grey shown online. After ordering it was quickly shipped. The assembly is extensive but the instructions are well done. You definitely need the tools recommended, especially the battery powered drill with nut driver. There are many self tapping screws. The finished box is very sturdy and is made to high quality standards. We have our deck chair cushions stored in it and hope it is reasonably weather proof. The manufacturer clearly states it’s not waterproof, but we are hoping it’s water resistant. Time will tell.

Purchased through Costco. Takes a bit longer to build that I initially thought, but the result is very solid construction. There was a piece that did not fit properly upon construction, however, customer service at Lifetime was very helpful and took care of the issue with one call.

I purchased the deck box (150Gal) for storing deck furniture cushions. I liked the looks of the box, not the normal beige plastic look and feel. Actually it matched our furniture perfectly. Sides are a textured greyish color. Assembly was easy except for the end/corner pieces. The plastic tabs needed to be forced into the latch position. Remember it's plastic so the dimensions are not perfect. The tabs could be more pronounced to lock in place. I like the gas hinge for the top. only negative is the sides give, so do not over load the box otherwise the top will not fit securely - they will bow outward. Otherwise it does what it should. I wish they made a 200-250 Gallon box maybe with taller sides

Some assembly is required but it is totally worth it. This is a high quality box. A drill is required but I don't recommend using a power driver unless it has a setting to reduce torque. The box is made of plastic so with enough force the screw can strip the plastic. The lid is strengthened with metal pieces for the locking mechanism and installation of struts. This makes for a very good product. Ours has not leaked after enduring a couple heavy rains.

Just received my deck box and followed easy to read instructions. Last item was to install the second gas shock which I found had a manufactures defect. Called the 1-800 number and the tech support gentlemen Diante quickly and professionally helped get a replacement part ordered.

I ALSO liek this DEPTH / width verses larger units which a re longer but more NARROW. This deck box, tho technically 'smaller' cuft allows me to put and fit a FULL-SIZE STIHL BACKBACK BLOWER inside..WITH complete hose attached!

Sturdy well sized box. This was easier to assemble than I thought it would be. The finished product has ample storage space. The lid closes easily and is secure. I like the arms on the lid that prevent it from slamming shut. It fits easily on my deck. The instructions were somewhat hard to follow. I downloaded the BILT app which made the assembly relatively simple. The price is good for this product.

This is the second 116 gallon LIFETIME storage box we've purchased. We use the first one to store windshied cleaaner, brake fluid, funnels, a battery harger, car polish, etc.. The second one will hold Bobcat Trackloader gear: hydraulic oil, a grease gun,paper towels, rags, tie wire and such.

I bought this because my wife and I patio furniture on both sides of our house, a large Deck and a large patio. Since we updated the cushions we have been putting them in large bags and bringing the into the garage. I have looked at several different storage bins but nothing impressed me. I have bought several Liftetime product over the years, large storage shed, and a yard cart, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and how they serve the purpose. So because a I am a satisfied customer I invested in the Lifetime storage box. I receive the storage box one morning, and immediatly put it together. very easy to follow directions, very quick installation and I could tell by the quallity and how it fit together I made a great choice. Now all the cushions for both patios are placed in the storage box and they are now now cut off from the element. I keep it outside on the deck because it looks good andI know its going to keep everything dry. Two days after placing the box on the deck we had high winds and a lot of rain, so it got the toughest test right away, and it kept everything dry, not one drop. We could not be happier.
