The only snag is attaching one end of a gas spring ....won’t attach no matter how hard I push ....any secrets to making this easier ?

It's big. It was easy to put together with two people. It goes on sale for $30 off quarterly and for $99, I love it!

It was time consuming to put together. Directions were easy to follow. Lid does not close all the way. It mostly closes, but not completely.

Written instructions are well laid out and the videos quite helpful too.
