I bought this box last year and a minor part was broken upon assembling the box. Since it was not a crucial part, I put off contacting Lifetime to repair it. I contacted them yesterday about the part. They were very prompt in replying and the part is already being shipped as of today. Very happy with the service and with the box itself!

I bought this storage box thinking it would be perfect for our deck....as my husband was putting it together he realized that 3 hinges were missing. So when I called the company to get the missing parts they stated that the parts were backordered and I wouldn't receive them for 2 MONTHS! Obviously they sold this product knowing the parts were missing. Very upset customer. I do like the look of the storage box but wanted to use it now not in 2 months.

Bought two 150 Gallon deck boxes. Finally did the assembly and neither box lid will close. Taking a closer look at all the side components, they are all bowed and warped. What a mistake on this purchase! Trying to figure out how to return these poorly designed units.

Looks great on the porch and now we can store our patio cushions and gardening supplies without having to run to the garage for everything. Received in great condition but the corrugated box it was in was damaged and we ended up missing a part. Lifetime sent us a replacement part at no cost to us!

We live on an acre and we have lots of garden hoses to reach all parts of the yard. Every fall when we drain out the water and roll our hoses we always have the dilemma of where to store them. Last year they were taking up valuable space in my garage, but this year they will be stored in this storage box.

Just the right size for the deck. Purchased at lumber yard for great price. Followed the directions and went together in less than 2 hours and wasn't in a hurry. Quality is great. Used drill to start all fasterns then finished with hand tools as to not over tighten anything. All parts fit together without issue. Again follow the direction and all should go well. GREAT PRODUCT...

This deck box is large and deep. Holds all our patio cushions, 2 chairs and loveseat bottom and back cushions. Easy simple straight forward assembly. Gas strut supported lid practically opens itself. Small issue with strut resolved in minutes by manufacturer customer support staff. Highly recommend. All our family and friends have commented on the box as attrative and well made. It can also be used as a seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the deck box at Costco. I live a hour away and we had two parts missing and had to make a special trip to Costco to get the parts. That was ok but we put it together and the lid is warped. I feel that the cushions will not stay dry in a heavy rain, it defeats the purpose.

Step 1.4 says “insert tabs at the bottom of the panel into the slots in the floor panel. You should hear the tabs snap into place.” This was impossible. No matter how hard I pushed, the tabs would not engage. After over an hour of trying progressively more aggressive techniques, I finally gave up, put the piece of junk back in its box and returned it. Thanks for wasting my Saturday.

I purchased my deck box to accommodate Culligan's delivery of our 5 gallon water bottles at the back door of our residence. The size of the box is perfect for the bulk water containers. A couple of sand bags will keep the box in place on windy days when the water bottles are empty. Once I'm sure of the position of the box I may anchor it to the concrete patio floor. I thought the assembly was quite simple with the use of a small drill using a 5/32 drill bit for creating pilot holes in the plastic panels, appropriate end wrenches. and a ratchet wrench and appropriate sockets. My only advise would be to use gentle pressure when torquing lag bolts and screws to avoid stripping the screw holes. I quite enjoyed a leisurely assembly process without the need for help. The stats on this Lifetime model 60089 patio box indicates the color is brown. Mine is definitely not brown but rather it's more like a distinguished dark charcoal grey. For that I couldn't be happier as that was the color I would have preferred. When shopping for this patio box I settled on Lifetime brand based on the durability and functionality of many Lifetime utility tables and chairs that I've purchased over the years. Preliminary indications are that I'll be just as happy with this box.
