Frustrating and disappointing service from Same Club. No wonder they are losing business from their competitors. Poor service, poor handling of request and they keep you waiting for months. Spoiled Christmas and New Year gift of a 3 year old by sending damage/open box which had missing parts. Will never order again in future and give up subscription after completing tenure. They don't deserve loyal customer base.

I bought 2 of these for Grandsons for Christmas. Charged them for 10 hours, doesn't move forward or backward! I emailed couple days ago, no reply. E-mailed again today with attached proof of purchase. I viewed the YouTube videos and they were no help.

Like may others this was a Christmas gift for our daughter. I failed to do the assembly Christmas Eve or I would not have let her see it! Got it assembled after her asking to ride all morning to find no keys and missing screws. She was/is devastated. I cannot believe the lack of quality and the impact this has had on so many kids. This company should be ashamed. I will leave a google review for them as well!

Santa brought this for Christmas and now 6 months later the battery is shutting off after a few seconds of riding. Fully charged and still does not work right. I don't think we have the receipt and I know we didn't get the warranty with it. What should I do?

Bought this item for our 2 year old and opened it to put it together Christmas Eve. It’s missing the foot boards which you need to make it work. I’m so upset about it as he was so excited to ride motorcycles with papa who’s visiting. This is unacceptable.

Just received this little motorcycle in July. Everything was perfect. It's all there and it works. Gives you two keys that look like actual keys that are steel, has the BMW logo. Training wheels underneath seem very secure.I think my granddaughter is going to love it.

Waited til the kids went to sleep on Christmas Eve to assemble. We opened the box to find out it was missing the throttle. Everything works but without the throttle pedal it cannot be driven. Our son is obsessed with the music it plays and the noises it makes. We hope that we can get the parts or a replacement bike. If it works he will be even more excited. As for now we just have a huge worthless motorcycle sitting in our living room and our son gets to miss out on his big Christmas gift.

Bought two of thees during Black Friday Sales. Put both together Christmas Eve. First bike fine. Second bike wouldn't move when started. Checked everything and heard something moving around inside the foot pedal. Opened it up and found plastic part broken and a piece missing. Local Sam's Club is out of Stock nearest club is 90 miles away. Needless to say I have one happy grandson and one that was devastated Christmas morning!!!!

I bought this bike for my son as a Christmas gift. I put it together, Plugged it in and let it charge for 12 Hour’s following the instructions. I put the key in and the bike would not turn on. I decided it might need to be charged longer. Tried it again and still wouldn’t start. Highly disappointed!! My son was so excited to ride it after it was put together.

My child really loved the bike, but there are some things that make me think we got a used bike. The exhaust pipe is broken. The battery was already installed. The bike did not come with a charger. I have not been able to get a replacement charger. They want me to pay to send the whole bike back. Crazy!
