Do not waste your money!!! It’s a very pretty piece of plastic to look at it but we have had nothing but problems - customer service at the after sales email will not be answered. Stay away!!! Wish I could have left 0 stars

I bought this for my grandkids for Christmas and had it shipped to another state. My son assembled the bike and said there aren't any peddles. Useless and a disappointing present. They live 600 miles away. How do I get this fixed?

Even after charging all night my kids will get from the garage to the road and it will die. Don’t waste your money. My kids love this motorcycle IF it worked.

Don’t buy this! Doesn’t stay charged after a few weeks, and smells like burning plastic when I plug it in to charge.The foot pedal is stuck now also. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Got this for my grandson for Xmas and it would not turn on. I would have loved to do a exchange but they had none in stock, so I did a return with no issues. The saddest part is watching my grandson in tears over his red motorcycle.

I bought this motorcycle for my Granddaughter and she absolutely loves it!! There are so many features that make this bike just like a real,adult size motorcycle. Get one for your lil one and enjoy!!

The battery is really good. I charge it for about 10-12hrs and the kids use it on and off for about 4 days till the battery dies. They love it. I will be buying another when they are back in stock

I ordered this gift back in November for a huge Christmas gift for my three year old. I assembled allied pieces to know that the darn bike won’t even move foward or back! I want my Okey back. My son cries when telling him to get off until we can fix it ! Just took it out the box yesterday to assemble and he was the happiest kid ever .. smh y’all gotta do better ! Called that number yesterday on bike and they were closed until today !! Called today now there is so much high call volume I need for someone to contact me

I ordered this a month ago for Christmas for my 3 year old, we opened it tonight, (1 dy before Christmas) and the only thing it had in it was the bike frame itself. NO OTHER PIECES!! There was no foot pedals(need that to power it) I was so disappointed. Please don't waste your time and money on this. I had to rush out to get a new oresent for my son!

Like others on here i bought this as a Christmas gift. I bought 2, one in white and one in red, the only reason I'm giving this a 2 star and not a 1 is because the red one came with all the pieces and works as far as we can tell. The white one is missing literally everything besides the core bike peice and the charger. No foot petals, side wheels, accessories and missing screw to keep the seat on. Something also is rattling inside the bike. Thankfully my girls were good sports about it and currently sharing the red one. Its really disappointing when you try to get your kids something special but you end up getting a half put together package product.
