Missing Both foot pedals to make the bike work. This was a Christmas Gift and the only one she can't use. This is unacceptable. A sticker on one of the keys was missing (not that big of a deal), and a screw which my husband can go buy. It's ridiculous that these things are missing someone just didn't care, and it affected several families from the looks of the reviews. Disappointed is the least of what I'm feeling right now.

Bought two of thees during Black Friday Sales. Put both together Christmas Eve. First bike fine. Second bike wouldn't move when started. Checked everything and heard something moving around inside the foot pedal. Opened it up and found plastic part broken and a piece missing. Local Sam's Club is out of Stock nearest club is 90 miles away. Needless to say I have one happy grandson and one that was devastated Christmas morning!!!!

I bought 2 of these for Grandsons for Christmas. Charged them for 10 hours, doesn't move forward or backward! I emailed couple days ago, no reply. E-mailed again today with attached proof of purchase. I viewed the YouTube videos and they were no help.

Like may others this was a Christmas gift for our daughter. I failed to do the assembly Christmas Eve or I would not have let her see it! Got it assembled after her asking to ride all morning to find no keys and missing screws. She was/is devastated. I cannot believe the lack of quality and the impact this has had on so many kids. This company should be ashamed. I will leave a google review for them as well!

Santa brought this for Christmas and now 6 months later the battery is shutting off after a few seconds of riding. Fully charged and still does not work right. I don't think we have the receipt and I know we didn't get the warranty with it. What should I do?

I really like the style of the cycle and know that my grandson would too, but it doesn't work. I called customer service and even with the extra warranty, there is nothing they can do do help me. It could be the charger or the battery. They don't know. I'm very disappointed.

The motorcycle looks great but runs only sometimes even when fully charged.
