This is a really delicious and tender cut of tenderloin. I bought a 6.63 pound tenderloin. I trimmed off 2 pounds of fat and ended up with 1 pound of small pieces to use for stir fry and approx 3 1/2 pounds of extremely small filets. So after trimming, I was left with a tenderloin that cost me about $26 per pound.

Too much fat. Bought this since I wanted a piece of meat without fat ands it was unfortunate what they packaged.

Had to cut 4 lbs of fat off, that’s a lost of $60

Exceptional quality, much better price. Not as difficult to clean as expected. Worked out great! Now add a pick up kiosk at Clearwater location so you don't have to stand in line at customer service when using pre-paid in-store pickup!
