I replaced the original factory tires, the "run-flats" with about 18,000 miles on them. They were not satisfactory: they were hard, "skittered" sideways when cornering hard, and wore quickly. The MIchelin Pilots lasted twice as long - 38,000 miles before needing replacement. They also had much better handling feel; turn-in was improved and the annoying tendency to hop was replaced by a smooth slide when the limit is reached. I have run the car in the Nevada Silver State road race, at speeds between 130 and 150 for 100 miles, with no tire problems.

ZR1 corvette.10000 miles. have 7.0/8.5 left on rears and 7.5/8.5 on fronts. Ride is excellent and road noise minimal. Use 32 lbs all around and alignment camber neg. 0.5 rear and straight up fronts. Only complaint is force balance found one front and one rear to replace from factory as fell outside of bal. limits. These are as smooth as glass at all speeds under 160.

I bought these tires for a daily driven 2002 BMW M5. This tire is the perfect balance of daily driven comfort and more than holds its own on highly spirited drives. Never any rolling road noise after accumulating miles and it just grips and grips when asked to. Anxious to try the Pilot Super Sports next.

These were a HUGE step up from the stock tires that came w/my 04 Nissan 350Z. Since I'm not supposed to mention competitors, one can pretty easily find out the make and model of the stock tires. Handling is so much better w/these. If I took a turn at a given (relatively high) speed w/the stock tires, I'd start drifting a bit. With the PS2s, no problem. They stick! I'd gotten recommendations of these tires along w/another competitor from a coworker and a popular 350Z site.

My Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 (run-flat's) are the best tires that I've ever driven on! I drive my BMW Z4 throughout the streets of Chicago, Illinois everyday to get back and forth to work, and they help make my drive truly enjoyable! I have also driven across the highways of the U.S. and Canada, and I can testify that Michelin PS2's can grip any road in all types of inclement weather. They're ultra smooth and quiet on paved roads, and during rainstorms, they add extra comfort and security in my Z4's steering. I've owned other brands of run-flat tires, but these are the best tires that I've ever owned in my life! If I had to buy a set of tires as gift for a friend, I would definitely buy them Michelins!

When you drive a high performance car, you don't want to risk compromising that performance when you replace your tires. My Porsche Boxster S was equipped with Michelin Pilot Sport tires from the factory. Those tires provided that car with the grip and handling characteristics that Porsche is famous for. When it came time to replace the tires, I installed a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s. The new tires deliver the performance and the ride quality I expect. The car handles like new, and I'm smiling every time I drive. Thanks, Michelin for making a great product!

I run these tires on a supercharged 2000 BMW M Roadster which I take to the track as often as possible. The car is also my daily driver here in Western Washington, so I see lots of wet weather as well. These tires are excellent in the dry and just as good when the road is wet. They do tend to tramline a bit, but this may be due, in part, to the fact that I am running tire widths in excess of the stock requirements (mine = 245/18F ans 265/18R, stock = 225/17F and 245/17R). I run these tire all the time on the street and whenever I go to the track. They have never let me down. I also compete in the One Lap of America event on a yearly basis and have run the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 in that event several times. They have returned great numbers on the skidpad and hold up well during a long week of driving on the interstates and a wide variety of tracks.

I prefer the Michelin PS2's over any other high performance tires I've used including Firestone, Goodyear, Advanta Sport, and Pirelli. I have PS2's on a 2001 modified Corvette and a 2010 Ferrari, and when the tires need to be replaced on my 2005 Ford GT I will go with PS2's unless Michelin comes out with something even better. My cars ride well, stop with no drama and corner better than anything else I've used. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Excellent grip during dry and wet conditions while new. A very quiet and comfortable tire for the type of performance you get with it. This is definitely my favorite tire out of all the performance tires that I have used. Only thing is that the wear life is not very good and also grip becomes really poor when it's down to less than 30% of life. I have hear the Super Sport is much improved in these two areas and I can't wait to try it.

PS2's are easily one of the best street tires available. They provide tremendous grip, great cornering ability, and plenty of communication. The tire has been on the market for years now, but still holds it own against the competition. Priced very high relative to others now available though.
