I am trying this one out

UN MY JAGUAR S-TYPE THIS TIRE RUNS SMOOTHLY. IT HANDLES GREAT AND I AM COMFORTABLE WITH IT ON WATER ACCUMULATION. ON BALANCING, IT TAKES VERY LITTLE WEIGHTS. i HAVE HAD FORTY DIFFERNT CARS SINCE 1969 AND i HAVE ALWAYS DRIVEN ON MICHELIN TIRES IN THE SUMMERTIME. IF A BETTER TIRE EXISTS, I AM NOT AWARE AND I HAVE NOT SEEN OR HEARD OF ANY.

TAKE IT TO THE LIMIT!

Wow! I love these tires! The traction is predictable and smooth. I enjoy spirited driving, track days, and autocross. PS2's are the best tire I have used in street class. I have had them on 3 BMWs over the past 12 years and am currently running them on my M3. My wife and I feel safe and secure when driving with these tires and I recommend them to anyone that values great control and safety while on the road.

This tire was designed ...

This tire was designed for my Carrera S, the handling is superb and traction is second to none. However, there is a little road noise, but that is to be expected with a performance tire. I have used other brands and they do not perform nearly as well as the PS2. The grip is phenomenal, they are the correct tire for Porsche.

I am now on my third set ...

I am now on my third set of Pilot Sport PS2's on my 2004 BMW 325i Sport Package/5-Speed Manual. I'm a high-mileage driver and get 30K+ miles per set. These tires are phenomenal. My daily commute takes me across 20 miles of sinuous coastal mountain highway each way followed by a 10 mile freeway slog, rain or shine. Steering response and dry grip are superb, and when the road becomes wet I hardly notice. The big surprise has been the quiet and compliant ride at this level of performance. These tires are amazing and worth every penny!

Tires Provide Sports Car Grip for Wagon

I have the luxury of driving in weather I choose so I don't need winter capability in a tire. Our BMW 325 wagon has the sport package from back in the day when that got you different springs, dampers and other hardware and settings and we wanted tires that could provide the grip to go with that suspension. The PS2's provide that grip with predictable breakaway characteristics coupled with a ride that's not too harsh. A good tread pattern in damp weather, too.

Great Tire !!!

These tires are magnificent. The grip, handling and braking is simply fantastic. Not to mention, i'm above 32k miles and just now buying 2 front PS2's. The rear PS2's have a considerable amount of tread left. I think me and the ZR1 will burn those babies off for a little fun and to expedite the purchase of 2 more rears. I do want to try to keep the tread wear as even as i can. I'm sure Michelin will appreciate that....

Perfect compromise for street AND track

I run the Michelin PS2 255/35/18 and 275/35/18 on my 2008 BMW 335i. It is the perfect tire for both street and track use. I can run it every day with great treadwear, as my daily driver, and when I take it to the track, it performs extremely well. I love the Jekyll and Hyde personality of the tire.

These are the 19/20" ZR1 runflats. As expected, the low profile 25 series rears do ride harder than my Z06's original 30 series 19" GY rear tires. Handling and directional stability are superior. New tires are always quiet compared to worn tires, so can't comment yet (4000 miles), but I expect these to be quiter than the GYs when worn. They do break loose surprisingly easily in first gear, I thought they would grip a lot better than the GYs. Overall a great tire though, I think the best available for a Z06 if you want a plus 1 setup.

I have had several ...

I have had several different tires on sports cars over the past 10 years and the Pilot Sport PS2 is the best all around performance tire I have owned. Relatively smooth and quiet, good cornering, progressive breakaway and decent wet weather performance are all here in one tire. This is the first performance tire I have owned that I do not feel the need to look for another brand when they wear out. I will buy the PS2 again.

I have been dealing in ...

I have been dealing in the tire business for over 20 years. I have driven on Pilot Sport PS2s with my Mercedes Benz S Class and found vs other tires the handling to be crisp and responsive in all conditions. I have tried other brands and found they either make noise or just don't ride smooth like I expect from my Mercedes. Through wet weather as well as on dry pavement I have not found a smoother and quieter tire to ride on.
