The Pilot Sport PS2 just sticks to the road like it's glued there! Even in the rain this tire sticks. Cornering is also vastly improved. The Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 gives excellent grip, excellent rain performance and the fuel economy didn't suffer. Great Job Michelin Man! You built a tire that improved the performance and handling of my Corvette! The next Car will be on Michelin's before it leaves the lot!

I bought my 2008 335i as a CPO car with 19k miles. It had a brand new set of PS2's on the car when I purchased it. I now have 40.5k miles and the back tires (315/25-19) need to be replaced. I can't say I 'baby' my car, but I'm not overly harsh either. These tires are very excellent summer tires and bad in cold, icy, or snowy conditions (as to be expected). The grip in warm weather is awesome. The big draw back for me is the noise and harsh ride, but that is the penalty of run-flat tires. For the commentor that got 8000 miles on the rear of his BMW, I'd suggest you have the thrust alignment checked on your car. Also Michelin specifically states that the warranty is halved for split width cars, so 8000 miles isn't too far off the mark for tread wear. I do consider the milage attained on my tires to be above average, but I know of others that have gotten 15k-17k easily with the PS2's.

I have AutoX these tires for the last 3 years. Regradless of the conditions (wet, dry, hot, or cold), these tires respond at a level unmatched in any other street tire that I used. Tire feedback and responsiveness make these tires easy to drive on the edge of grip.

What a terrific tire. If you want performance, the Michelin PS2s are the tires. Handling is incredible with feedback and adhesion better than any other street I've ever experienced. Braking feel and stopping distance are equally as impressive. Although the PS2 are not inexpensive, they are worth every penny.

I was in the automotive business for many years before going to work for the railroad. When any of my customers ask me for advice on tires I always told them there is only one great tire.....Michelin! My father has always rode on Michelin LTX M/S on his Chevrolet trucks. I remember that on a 2001 Chevrolet C1500 he got over 80,000 miles out of a set of Michelins. I am currently running a set of LTX M/S on my Chevrolet Tahoe and a set of Pilot PS2 ZP's on my 2005 Corvette. Anyone reading this review trust me....you cannot find a better tire or safer tire to to use on any vehicle.

These are extremely high performance tires. They are almost the equivalent of dedicated track tires. I spend two or three days a week instructing high performance driving and almost everyone uses these tires (Corvettes, Porsches, CTS-Vs, etc.). Tremendous side grip; great braking; shed water very well. They will wear out faster than lesser performing tires - that's what you are paying for. Great tires!

I have a Mazda RX8. I like spirited driving and performance. Not a race car driver but street and highway performance all the way. These tires ( Michelin ) are great on carving curves and corners and great on high speed/ highway showing excellent stability and control on moves, overtaking cars and braking. My only advise to tire manufacturers would be to build in a rubber protective layer so that wheels get some protection upon accidental rashes against curbs upon parking. I am not in a habit of hitting curbs at parking but on one or two occasions on new / never been into strange parking places I accidentally scraped the wheels. As minor as it was, the wheels got roughed up. My RX8 came factory equipped with these tires, so something could be implemented. Thanks.

The tires are fantastic on dry and impressive on wet roads. We've had a number of different tires on the C43, but keep coming back to the Michelin's. We've gotten 20k miles out of the current set and that is great for this type of tire and a heavy right foot! We'll definitely be coming back for another set.

These are excellent all around. As a Max Performance tire, I expect less than pillowy ride, but the PS2s ride acceptably well, given the great dry-raod grip. Grip and hydroplaning resistance was good in the wet, noise was pretty good, and handling was excellent! My first pick for an aggressively daily-driven performance car.

These are a performance tire so there is some give and take. They do perform well. I have these on a luxury car. I watch my mpg closely and didn't notice any change with these tires. I wish there was a high performance tire that would get more miles but again, a trade off. The tires are quiet at speed. I did develop light cupping/feathering after a few thousand miles. I have checked everything with the car and been told that it is within spec. Not sure if the tire or car had anything to do with that.
