These are the 19/20" ZR1 runflats. As expected, the low profile 25 series rears do ride harder than my Z06's original 30 series 19" GY rear tires. Handling and directional stability are superior. New tires are always quiet compared to worn tires, so can't comment yet (4000 miles), but I expect these to be quiter than the GYs when worn. They do break loose surprisingly easily in first gear, I thought they would grip a lot better than the GYs. Overall a great tire though, I think the best available for a Z06 if you want a plus 1 setup.

I consider myself a very aggressive driver and this set of tires is one of the better sets I have owned. Good grip both wet and dry. Tire wear is acceptable for a high performance tire. I have about 25,000 miles on this set on they have very little tread left. The ride is also very good for a performance tire - firm but not jarring over bumps. I would buy these again if I received a good deal.

I run these tires on a supercharged 2000 BMW M Roadster which I take to the track as often as possible. The car is also my daily driver here in Western Washington, so I see lots of wet weather as well. These tires are excellent in the dry and just as good when the road is wet. They do tend to tramline a bit, but this may be due, in part, to the fact that I am running tire widths in excess of the stock requirements (mine = 245/18F ans 265/18R, stock = 225/17F and 245/17R). I run these tire all the time on the street and whenever I go to the track. They have never let me down. I also compete in the One Lap of America event on a yearly basis and have run the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 in that event several times. They have returned great numbers on the skidpad and hold up well during a long week of driving on the interstates and a wide variety of tracks.

Excellent tire in the rain. Went through a very heavy downpour in Mississippi and never felt the tire waver. Stayed in contact with the road, never lost steering feel or felt hydroplaning. This tire is also very good hot, dry pavement. Excellent grip when hot.

This tire was designed for my Carrera S, the handling is superb and traction is second to none. However, there is a little road noise, but that is to be expected with a performance tire. I have used other brands and they do not perform nearly as well as the PS2. The grip is phenomenal, they are the correct tire for Porsche.

I've owned 4 new Porsches (three 911s and a Boxster) in the past several years and they all came with Michelin Pilot Sport 2s. I live in the mountains of western, NC with lots of twists and turns. The Pilot Sport 2s were always there for me. If any of my Porsches would have come with any tires other than Michelin, I would not have been happy. My last 911 was a 2011 turbo S. If I had a wish it would be that the PS 2s last longer (although they are comparable to any other brand's longevity, perhaps better) and that they were cheaper to replace but again, they're competitive in that area too. I just bought a new Ford C-Max (yes, a hybrid) and am very pleased with it and that it too came with Michelins!

Michelin Tires are the best tires for one of the best sport cars in the world, the BMW 335I. I have tried other brands for my BMW, but nothing compares to the Michelin ZP (zero pressure-run flats) tires. They last twice as long as the other competitors. I have been using the Michelin brand for all of my cars and SUV's for over 25 years. To be truely honorest I tried the other brands on my BMW because ZP tires are so expensive. The Michelins are definitely the most expensive but they are only ones that provides a warranty. For all the ZP tire users, we need Michelin to develop an all-season ZP tire. These Pilot Sport PS2 tires are installed on a BMW Z4 and replaced the original run flat tires. The tires are wearing very well with about 18K miles and I figure they should last another 20K. The ride is very good for a low profile tire and they do not grab the road grooves like the original tires. I am very happy with these tires and would definitely recommend them.

PS2's are evrything you expect plus very quiet. I have had other brands and some handle as well (none are better) but the amazing thing is how quiet and comfortable PS2's are. The ride of my 2006 Porsche is firm on it's own but the PS2 seems somehow more compliant- not as hard or harsh as other brands I have tried. My PS2's aren't new- they have 21,000 miles in front and 6,000 in the rear so I can judge them as they are. Any tire is usually at it's best when new although they can tend to handle better as they get a few miles on them. Grip is fabulous and no squealing. I would rate five stars but they are a bit pricey.

Purchased for my front wheels on a 04 Acura TL 6spd. Loved the tires. Quiet, grippy and made steering a breeze when new. More of a daily driver but did a few trips to northern Florida with no complaints. Felt confident with the tires during dry and rainy conditions. Wish they would last longer but I know they are high performance summer tires.
