If you like sewing 1/3 of the total towels, along the edges-because they are falling apart,go for it..I wouldn't buy them again. bought some years ago-quality of these is not the same,not even close.

I've been using these towels in my kitchen, and they are wonderful. Had to order them online since the new Sam's that opened in my location didn't carry them. Glad I could get them online

They have changed the quality of these mop towels. These are SUPER THIN, not at all like before. They will not last for our purposes. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OTHERS!!! Very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for replacements!

Worst quality of bar towels. The towels shredded on there first wash. The thread on the seams are unraveling. Warning - the print on the label shows recycled consumer cotton 90%. Made in Pakistan. Product were disposed.

There have been problems with the last 2 sets of 24 ct. bar towels I have gotten from Sam's Club. I would estimate that 1/2 of the 24 towels have defects. These problems have included; seams not sewn-resulting in the towels unraveling to the point of not being able to use them, holes in the towels or the towels so thin they do no last, and frayed hems even when they are sewn.

Absorb liquids? Fail. Thickness and ridges are good for greasy clean-ups. After 10+ months of washing (without fabric softener), remains durable but still does not absorb liquids; a simple water spill cannot be dried with these towels. Very dissatisfied with this bulk-buy from Sam's club.

I was really looking forward to replacing our towels & donating our old ones to animal rescue ASAP as I have other items to drop off.. However some towels have dirt on them & black/brown matter as pictured. Now I have to go through the hassle of packaging & returning these, reordering new towels, and waiting for new towels to arrive before I can replace my old ones. I never got to use them so I can't speak on the quality. They do appear to be threading very badly, however you get several for a good price. Just very disappointed in how they arrived, etc. I also wish Sams would have an email for customer service instead of having to wait in a queue for help.

These are not fine linens. They're bar mops, made to clean up messes. Mine came with some loose threads. So, I removed them with a pair of scissors. 100% cotton, they absorb a lot of liquid. Good price. I'm glad I bought 'em. Shop towels are used by mechanics. Bartenders use bar mops, utilitarian towels.

This are nice towells overall. I got these for heavy kitchen junk. I use them to pull pans out of the oven, I use these to mop up spills on the floors, I use them as hot pads. I use them to wipe grease off the stove. They have a rougher texture which is nice to really grab the grease. So, they get dirty and greasy. I wash on a heavy duty - fast aggitation cycle. The second wash, I had the edges on 3 ravel. Not bad, but the binding did start to separate on one edge. If I had my sewing machine set up, this would not have been a problem. So good towells, but the binding stitching is very poor. Would I buy them again - yes. But I would take a second row of stitching on the edge of the roll over/binding

I've been buying this product for several years because they were the perfect, absorbent kitchen towel. They must have changed vendors. The last package I bought looked exactly the same, but they will not absorb water. They just move the water around as if I were using a plastic bag instead of a cotton towel. The towels are worthless as they will not absorb water!!! I tried suggestions of washing them with vinegar, baking soda, clorox--they have not improved one bit, still will not absorb water. I am so disappointed - it was a perfect product in the beginning.
