This is the second pair of the Lifetime Commercial Grade Contoured Folding chairs. The first pair was folded and left on the deck all Winter. We just wiped them down with disinfectant wipes and they look great with no damage. All four chairs are exposed to the hot sun and have shown no discoloration. We just need to wipe off the bird droppings or the dust/dirt from the atmosphere.

I needed a couple of replacement chair leg feet for an elderly woman at our Senior Center. She aske me to find them for her. I called Lifetime and they couldn't have been more accommodating. You will be VERY satisfied with these folding chairs. They are very lightweight (good for storing and moving them around). They are very comfortable (good for your guests!). And, they look great! The chairs feel sturdy and have a casual-elegant look. I'm very pleased with the entire purchase process from Sam's Club too -- on-time delivery with polite and helpful delivery people. We've had our folding chairs for several years. A couple of the chairs had lost their "feet". We were expecting 33 for Thanksgiving dinner and needed those chairs. I have called Lifetime customer service on numerous occasions and each time it has been a very pleasant experience. Wait times are very low and the representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. Shipping is very easy and arrives quickly.. I will definite use lifetime products when available.

We have about 250 Lifetime chairs in our church gym. A handful had lost the feet caps that protect the floor. I opened a chat with a Lifetime representative and he was so kind and efficient. We quickly decided on an amount and they shipped them to me, free of charge! Great company to work with and awesome warranty.

I ordered the chairs online. Sam's Club texted me when the order was ready to pickup. There were 60 chairs, and it was raining. I was instructed to go to back of store. The two men who loaded the chairs were kind, even though they were getting wet. The chairs are great quality. We now have 200 of them at our church.

We just remolded our kitchen and dining room hoping for family holiday dinner. We needed seating for 12. I purchased 8 of these chairs and they have worked out great. They're more comfortable than my expensive chairs. We use them more. Strong, comfortable and a great price. You can't go wrong with these chairs.

I’ve had lifetime chairs (and tables) for many years, they take a beating with no issues. I had a couple of chairs, at least 10 years old, where the plastic feet needed to be replaced. I called the support department, gave them the model number, and they sent me new replacement feet. No charge, and I had them in less than a week.
