I have called Lifetime customer service on numerous occasions and each time it has been a very pleasant experience. Wait times are very low and the representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. Shipping is very easy and arrives quickly.. I will definite use lifetime products when available.

Great service, prompt and helpful . I ordered the chairs and got great use out of them. I noticed some of the bases were missing. I wasn’t sure how to fix them. Reached out to Lifetime and they helped solve the problem. I’ll enjoy many more years of use of these great folding chairs.

I ordered the chairs online. Sam's Club texted me when the order was ready to pickup. There were 60 chairs, and it was raining. I was instructed to go to back of store. The two men who loaded the chairs were kind, even though they were getting wet. The chairs are great quality. We now have 200 of them at our church.

We are a large 3 generation family that gathers often for any kind of celebration. Purchased 20 folding chairs 15 years ago and use them about once a month. I recently noticed a foot cap came off a chair leg a couple of weeks ago. I conacted LifeTime by phone and a few days later recieved the part (easy to install) in the mail plus a few extra just in case. No charge, no hassle just good folks.

We have been using liftime products. We recieved some chairs that did not stand up to much at all before they started to fall apart. we really like them and so I did some checking to find out that they have a great warentee on thier product. I sent in photos as requested and Liftiime is replacing my chairs. What a Great Company

Perfect for the holiday gatherings when we needed just an extra space for foods and games. Now that extended family is gone, out to the garage it goes for the next time. Seating was comfortable for larger people- 5’7”- 6’5” ranging 160#- 250#. No issues.

I have 16. They aren’t cheaply made at all - very sturdy. I utilize these chairs for students of an 8 hour class I instruct. No one complains so they must be working out fine. As far as storage, I fold them up and lean them against the wall in my garage. They stack pretty easily.
