I purchased the same chair previously (October 2020) and paid twice as much. Contemplated returning it. Covid-19 causes me to limit my travel outside of the home. When I checked recently and saw that it was half the original price I decided to purchase so that I would have the additional seating when needed. Loved the product, unhappy with price discrepancy.

Great quality chairs, and if you get enough they allow you to still have functions following current social distancing guidelines. I setup tables for each of my family members with just those in their household so we can still get together during these challenging times.

Our church bought 60 Lifetime Classic Folding Chairs a few years ago. Recently, on two of the chairs, the plastic insert feet became damaged and needed to be replaced. I called customer service and within a week they shipped the needed replacement parts. Now this is what I consider great customer service.

We have owned 4 tables and 24 chairs for more than a few years. When they were returned from a recent gathering, 3 of the chairs were missing the caps off the legs and 2 of the tables were missing the caps on the legs. I chatted on-line and was helped immensely. Hunter was patient as I ran back and forth to and from the garage to get serial and model numbers and waited while I took a photo of a table I couldn't find a number on. And after all that, he had them shipped to me free of charge! This is why we buy Lifetime!

These are really excellent, heavy-duty folding chairs. They are very comfortable, extremely well-constructed and durable, very nice looking for use for any level of get together, and have a high weight capacity serving the needs of almost all. This was my 3rd purchase of this product and I have used them for more than a decade. I could not be more pleased.

I have called Lifetime customer service on numerous occasions and each time it has been a very pleasant experience. Wait times are very low and the representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. Shipping is very easy and arrives quickly.. I will definite use lifetime products when available.

We love our Lifetime folding chairs because they are extremely comfortable, not to mention easy to clean. Our guests are able to sit in these chairs for hours. They are well suited for all sized adults and also for children. We needed replacement part for two of our chairs which we had purchased years ago. I ordered the chairs online. Sam's Club texted me when the order was ready to pickup. There were 60 chairs, and it was raining. I was instructed to go to back of store. The two men who loaded the chairs were kind, even though they were getting wet. The chairs are great quality. We now have 200 of them at our church.
