The chairs are hollow and dent easier than the previous Lifetime version. I can only assume Lifetime reduced their expenses on this model to make a higher profit margin. The other model is sturdier and easier to store.

I bought these chairs for a barbecue. First I want to say I bought them on line, while I was working my BF picked them up. My order was ready within 2 hours short of what they said would take 4 hours. They were so comfortable and great quality.

I have owned these chairs for 10 years. We have 12, we use them year round for holidays, birthdays, and special events. The family borrows them all the time. Just now the plastic feet on two of them need replaced. They replaced them free of charge. Remarkable, thanks

Great quality chairs, and if you get enough they allow you to still have functions following current social distancing guidelines. I setup tables for each of my family members with just those in their household so we can still get together during these challenging times.

Had these chairs over 14 years and needed a couple leg caps. The Lifetime chair rep was over the top helpful. We lend these chairs out lots of time. Recommend them to everyone. Light weight, comfortable, durable, practical for cleaning…and replacement parts were so easy. Great company. Great product.

You will be VERY satisfied with these folding chairs. They are very lightweight (good for storing and moving them around). They are very comfortable (good for your guests!). And, they look great! The chairs feel sturdy and have a casual-elegant look. I'm very pleased with the entire purchase process from Sam's Club too -- on-time delivery with polite and helpful delivery people. The chair is solid and sturdy, for me it’s comfortable and with back. I suffer with lower back pain so I was looking for something that would be of help, so for when I get up from this chair I’m not holding on to my back to straighten up. This was the main purpose of me buying this chair.

I think the feet fall off the tables and chairs to easily. The tables don't take much abuse like someone sitting on a corner. The product looks real nice and works well but is not strong enough. I need to buy parts like legs and the plastic clips that hold the legs when folded but LifeTime won't sell these parts. I have a lot of tables and repair parts would be helpful.

Our church bought 60 Lifetime Classic Folding Chairs a few years ago. Recently, on two of the chairs, the plastic insert feet became damaged and needed to be replaced. I called customer service and within a week they shipped the needed replacement parts. Now this is what I consider great customer service.
