I’ve had lifetime chairs (and tables) for many years, they take a beating with no issues. I had a couple of chairs, at least 10 years old, where the plastic feet needed to be replaced. I called the support department, gave them the model number, and they sent me new replacement feet. No charge, and I had them in less than a week.

We’re so happy with the service we received from Lifetime. We’ve had our 12 chairs for a few years and one chair lost its caps. I got online and found that Lifetime had cap replacements. I called and they were delivered within a week at no charge. What a great American company!

I’ve had the chairs now for 8+ years. They’re much more comfortable than the metal folding chairs of years gone by and well built. I did have one plastic seat break. However, Lifetime honored the warranty claim once the necessary proof and documentation was provided to them. Lifetime shipped me a replacement chair free of charge.

Great quality chairs, and if you get enough they allow you to still have functions following current social distancing guidelines. I setup tables for each of my family members with just those in their household so we can still get together during these challenging times.

We just remolded our kitchen and dining room hoping for family holiday dinner. We needed seating for 12. I purchased 8 of these chairs and they have worked out great. They're more comfortable than my expensive chairs. We use them more. Strong, comfortable and a great price. You can't go wrong with these chairs.

The chair is solid and sturdy, for me it’s comfortable and with back. I suffer with lower back pain so I was looking for something that would be of help, so for when I get up from this chair I’m not holding on to my back to straighten up. This was the main purpose of me buying this chair.

We have been using liftime products. We recieved some chairs that did not stand up to much at all before they started to fall apart. we really like them and so I did some checking to find out that they have a great warentee on thier product. I sent in photos as requested and Liftiime is replacing my chairs. What a Great Company

I've been looking for heavy-duty chairs that won't break down on people who are over 300lbs. They're amazing at great price! Thick seats and backsides with thick metal. Family and friends begged me for which store did I bought those chairs from! Most definitely will buy them from now on.

these chairs have worked out great. Out of 135 chairs and 20 tables we have had one chair to loose the skid insert that comes on the bottom of the legs or feet. I emailed the company and in a day or two had a resolution for the issue. Thanks. I will buy more lifetime products when we need them.

I bought the lifetime table and 8 folding chairs many years ago. They have served me flawlessly and probably will till I am gone from this earth. Recently my daughter borrowed them for a outdoor party and when she returned them one of the chairs was missing the end cap on the leg. All I did was request if I could purchase a spare and the customer service rep went out of their way to send me free replacements. How can I tell you how grateful I am that I purchased this quality product and have people who will stand behind it with impeccable service.
