We are a large 3 generation family that gathers often for any kind of celebration. Purchased 20 folding chairs 15 years ago and use them about once a month. I recently noticed a foot cap came off a chair leg a couple of weeks ago. I conacted LifeTime by phone and a few days later recieved the part (easy to install) in the mail plus a few extra just in case. No charge, no hassle just good folks.

How often do you find a folding chair that's actually comfortable enough to sit in for hours? These suckers are strong, solid & attractive. Contoured seat and upper back of chair are a plus. Can confirm solid structure @ 330 Lbs. I think this is a great value.

I think the feet fall off the tables and chairs to easily. The tables don't take much abuse like someone sitting on a corner. The product looks real nice and works well but is not strong enough. I need to buy parts like legs and the plastic clips that hold the legs when folded but LifeTime won't sell these parts. I have a lot of tables and repair parts would be helpful.

This purchase was a rebuy purchase because of the quality of the product. I needed more. A few years ago, I purchased 10 of these chairs for entertaining family and friends for thanksgiving and every holiday or event since. I’ve used them indoor and outdoor. I’ve purchased the matching tables also. The construction of the product is great, and best of all they look great!

I have owned these chairs for 10 years. We have 12, we use them year round for holidays, birthdays, and special events. The family borrows them all the time. Just now the plastic feet on two of them need replaced. They replaced them free of charge. Remarkable, thanks

This is an excellent product. The chair back is high and wide, which gives excellent support for your back. The chair seat is wide and comfortable. We bought these for our church's dining area and everyone enthused about their comfort. I would highly recommend them.

I bought my Lifetime chairs Many years ago. I recently noticed 4 missing foot inserts. I called support and after a few short questions I was told that they have the parts I need in stock and they can ship them out to me. I was waiting for the cost and then she said free of charge. Wow made my day. The support team member was so pleasant, it made me feel like I had been doing business with the company for many years. I have a few of their products and they all are still in great working order. Some 10+ years.. Thank You!

I've been looking for heavy-duty chairs that won't break down on people who are over 300lbs. They're amazing at great price! Thick seats and backsides with thick metal. Family and friends begged me for which store did I bought those chairs from! Most definitely will buy them from now on.

I called customer service for some help with an item that needed to be replaced. The CS rep was exceptionally knowledgeable, was kind, helpful and took care of our need in less than 5-minutes. We are impressed and thankful that a company exists that still believes that customers are important, and that the customer's satisfaction is the duty of that company.

Great service, prompt and helpful . I ordered the chairs and got great use out of them. I noticed some of the bases were missing. I wasn’t sure how to fix them. Reached out to Lifetime and they helped solve the problem. I’ll enjoy many more years of use of these great folding chairs.
