I called to inquire about leg caps for my Lifetime chairs. Some of mine had cracked and/or were missing and I could not locate any to purchase. The Customer Service Department couldn’t have been more helpful. They immediately agreed to replace what I needed free of charge. They really do stand behind their products. I highly recommend this company.

How often do you find a folding chair that's actually comfortable enough to sit in for hours? These suckers are strong, solid & attractive. Contoured seat and upper back of chair are a plus. Can confirm solid structure @ 330 Lbs. I think this is a great value.

Had these chairs over 14 years and needed a couple leg caps. The Lifetime chair rep was over the top helpful. We lend these chairs out lots of time. Recommend them to everyone. Light weight, comfortable, durable, practical for cleaning…and replacement parts were so easy. Great company. Great product.

We have about 250 Lifetime chairs in our church gym. A handful had lost the feet caps that protect the floor. I opened a chat with a Lifetime representative and he was so kind and efficient. We quickly decided on an amount and they shipped them to me, free of charge! Great company to work with and awesome warranty.

Purchased these chairs for our Church FLC to replace some old metal chairs. We are loving them. They are very sturdy and very comfortable. We have decided to purchase some to complete replacing the rest of the metal chairs. I highly recommend these chairs.

These are great chairs. Comfortable, lightweight yet sturdy. I have bought these for years. I have bought 8 of them as my kids sit in them, love them and end up taking them home with them! They stay outside in the Texas heat and do not discolor or change in their useablity. Great buy!

I’ve had lifetime chairs (and tables) for many years, they take a beating with no issues. I had a couple of chairs, at least 10 years old, where the plastic feet needed to be replaced. I called the support department, gave them the model number, and they sent me new replacement feet. No charge, and I had them in less than a week.

We've had our folding chairs for several years. A couple of the chairs had lost their "feet". We were expecting 33 for Thanksgiving dinner and needed those chairs. I needed a couple of replacement chair leg feet for an elderly woman at our Senior Center. She aske me to find them for her. I called Lifetime and they couldn't have been more accommodating.
