I purchased this for my elderly parents to reheat food easily. The automatic shut off feature was why I bought it. It worked perfectly for 2 months Then it would not turn on all of a sudden. I was able to return it for a refund and purchased another brand for less money.

Great product if your using it to make roast or heat up fries or frozen foods. If you try to cook steak chicken or chops then your house will fill with smoke and your smoke detectors will go off. The heating coils are too close to the food. This is where the low profile is not funtional .

I love it! I use it daily. I like that I don’t have to have to heat up my big oven for small things, especially since most nights it’s just my husband and I. All the jobs it does and the fact that it folds up is amazing, it takes up less space than my 4 slice toaster and I think it toasts better too.

Saw infomercial and was thrilled when Sam's put on instant savings. Delivered 2/19/21. Pizza rack fit loosely and could fall with pressure but I hate returns and since I live alone I decided I could be cautious. May 7 the light went out; no way to replace it but I could pay to return it to company and they would replace. It does bake cookies nicely but I would never buy again or recommend to ANYONE.

The bottom grill does not easily slide out. It's tricky getting whatever food has been cooked on it out of the oven with its narrow opening. Other than that it s useful little oven. The grill and air fryer on my Ninja FG551 Foodi is more useful and cleaner.

This air fryer is not easy to clean. Yes the bottom door opens. But you have a drip tray to over that so that will never need anything other then a wipe down. The top that is exposed is so hard to get to. And it got very greasy after only the first use. And I only use none stick spay for the cheap pan they give you that bends when cooking over 450. We are parents on the go. We thought this would be alot faster and healthier. Speed is good but I'm not braking this thing down ever night and wiping it down. I would rather use my over.

Wonderful product with a few downsides... not enough head space for baking, not really easy to clean, particularly the inside walls of the oven. Makes the best chicken wings but the basket is hard to clean afterwards and unless you use the baking tray underneath it's a huge mess... the removable tray is not non stick and is hard to clean... BUT I do love it as I can fokd it out of the way, pre-heats in no time, the roast feature is awsome... for baking and otherwise I do use higher temp settings than I would use in o rgb er ovens.. again, if it had an extra inch of headspace and was easier to clen it would be a 5++star rating.

I hate to write a bad review, but this Air Fryer just didn’t do what I wanted it to. My chicken wings would never cook properly. They were never crispy……. My bagel took almost 4 minutes to toast! Note, I said bagel! That’s one top and one bottom…. I bought this mostly for wings. I feel as if I wasted at least 5 meals because I could not get them to get crispy. It was also difficult to clean. So, I returned it today, but I felt I needed to share my experience. I really wanted to like this, but it certainly didn’t perform!

I had initially bought a Power XL Air Fryer Oven...it cooked okay, but it sounded like an airplane taking off!!! I took it back to Sam's and paid the extra to get the Ninja Air Fryer Oven...and oh boy! This think is awesome! I can cook canned biscuits in 5 minutes. This thing is amazing and very quiet, too! We use it for everything! Giving my huge oven a well-deserved rest :) It can also raise up to free up your counter space! I would definitely buy it again!!!

I love Ninja products, especially my older air fryer. This product did not live up to their brand. Bad design on the trays, have to insert or remove both at the same time, very awkward, especially when hot. Finish on tray terrible, difficult to clean. Rattles when air frying. Returned it.
