My husband and I needed a shed to store items on our property, that is exactly what we got. My husband is a builder and could have built a more permanent style shed but thought how hard can this be....well let me share our experience. Free delivery was a top selling point for us, except the very nice driver was 60 years old (he told us) and no way to get this off the truck other than a hi-lo which we do not have! The driver did a have a connection with a local company that did have a hi-lo and unloaded the shed into the back of our pick up. We planned to open the top box pull out the directions and any parts we could assemble to lighten our load except box 1 of 2 was on the bottom and contained the directions. So we had to lower the top box off the bed of the truck (that was a chore and I am trying to keep the review short). Once we located the directions and began the assembly we quickly realized the directions were poorly written and had to be read a couple times to understand. We also realized the hardware within the bags was not properly identified. There are about a dozen bags marked with a three letter code, these bags are called out during the assembly. Inside each bag are more bags of the items you need to complete the following steps, except those smaller bags are where we had issues because nothing on them matched the call out in the step including the item count. We had a few bags that contained more items than needed and a few bags that contained less items than we needed. As I said earlier, my husband is a builder and just happened to have some of the replacement items that were missing. Once we started to put the shed together we found many of the holes did not line up and required strength to pull, twist, hold, and fasten. This only got worse when we got to the roof! Lifetime, if you are reading this I will be in contact! We need all new sunlight panels and the correct fasteners! We didn't have what we needed to install them and had to improvise. Had this been at our home we could have covered the holes until new hardware was shipped but it was on our property and needed to be covered to prevent animals from getting inside with no way out until we returned. The window does not hold well in place and will need to be looked at a little closer when we get back up there. If we did something wrong we will figure it out, if it is installed as it was intended this will need to be modified. Oddly enough once the shed was built it was sturdy and will serve it's purpose. The directions really need help with better pictures. Not all areas have reception to view the helpful videos.

I BOUGHT THIS WEEKS AGO, AND IT CAME WITH WRONG FLOOR PIECES, CONTACTED COMPANY, THEY SID TWO WEEKS, ALREADY HAD SHED OUT OF BOX WHEN REALIZED, IT HAS BEEN SITTING IN ELEMENTS, WARPED PIECES LOOKS LIKE JUNK, NOW I FOUND OUT WHEN STARTED TO PUT TOGETHER TODAY, MISSING ANOTHER PIECE , STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHED!!!! AND COMPANY, MY TIME IS VALUABLE AND SAMS, NOR LIFETIME GIVE A CARE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the middle of assembling the unit and found that the outside floor panels ( that hold the end walls) were missing. Upon calling customer service, Jose was eager to help. He is expediting the missing parts. It's a setback but I am glad they attempting to correct the problem at no charge:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did all the preparation work before hand. Took Three guys 3 Hours to install and complete shed. Happy with results. Instructions need some improvement. Wish this shed have more windows and skylights. Opaque skylights are to small and does not let in enough sunlight.

The advantage of these sheds is this - when you're done you are truly finished. No painting, no roofing really no finishing at all - love it. Side entry works well for us. Seems very sturdy once it's up but only time will tell. I put mine on a wood platform. You must be level and square with your platform- no exceptions if not you are going to struggle fitting the last pieces on especially the roof panels. We put 7/16 OSB on top of foot for more protection. Be very careful not to over tighten!! Everything screws into the plastic material which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. It seems there could be a better solution with some kind of reinforcement at critical points on the corners and roof. Study directions carefully and call customer support if confused-they are extremely helpful. When cinching two plastic parts try to making sure they are touching before you begin to screw. Ours was received on mid December and took a couple of days to completion but that was due to the cold temperatures outside. Great product-would like to review 10 year's from now and oh did I mention not to over tighten.
