This shed was everything I expected. The shed is well made and looks great. All parts were included and everything fit together perfectly. Also, took a chance on Go Configure to do the assembly. They were awesome. They called the day before to set a time, then were on time, courteous, efficient, cleaned up and very thorough. No complaints all the way around.

Bought one a few years back, after only a few months several screws popped off from the expansion and contraction of the plastic. It's a pain in the neck to put together and I'm pretty handy. The walls have some L beams for support, some came off from the screws coming off. I called Lifetime about it and they offered to send me new parts, the problem is that to replace them, I gotta take off the whole roof again! No thanks!! I would never recommend this type of shed to anyone!

My husband and I started putting this shed together on July 3, 2017 wrong floor panels were sent. I called Lifetime customer service on July 8, 2017 spoke with Bruce sent him pictures and he said he'll have replacement panels sent to us. I called Lifetime customer service July 12, 2017 for a tracking number of the replacement panels spoke with Zachery. Zachery said, “sorry the order had not been placed”. I did receive an email with the order number for the replacement panels on July 12, 2017. It's July 17, 2017 and still waiting for panels sent an email and requested a call back with the tracking. We just want to complete our shed and hope we get our replacement panels this week.

We purchased this and had it professionally put together. Just months later the door is completely warped then my husband pointed out that the roof is starting to buckle. I called and they said they would send me a new door and when I asked who would install it "crickets". We did everything the right way paid to have a cement pad and had professionals put it together.

This shed has some issues that need to be shared. The shed itself is good quality and looks nice. It took myself and another approximately 18 hours total to complete. Yes, 18 hours. We are both mechanical, but it was due the instructions. We had a very difficult time following the instructions provided. There are areas of the instructions where you need to make some interpretations and that are not clearly shown in the manual drawings. For example, 2.6 and 2.7 in the instructions - you think you're building one truss, but the very next drawing shows what appears to be different part numbers. Also, they don't highlight certain things that are important when building the truss (for example, two screw holes on truss assembly should be facing toward notched trusses. Small details that can cause you a lot of headache and re-work. The hardest part for us was figuring out where to attach the truss support tube - which ended up being to the outside trusses and a small hole in the truss (9.12). The other difficulty was that NONE of the truss parts were labeled, you literally had to measure and figure what part number was what. Very painstaking process. The hardware bags were labeled, but then had other hardware bags inside that were NOT labeled. Very odd. I don't know how quality control would verify parts included without having things labeled. That may be why others were missing parts. So overall, delivery was great, instructions were poor, build process was long and painful, but once we made interpretations and assembled over a LONG day, it is a nice quality shed. Also, there are very few youtube videos showing assembly, but I recommend scouring the net for them.

I bought this back in June seeing prices of wood sheds going up. I figured these would too. Had to make platform as we live on sloped yard to lake. In hind-sight I should have went with front facing door based on how high platform went to get level. But only thing I cannot do is drive tractor into it without making big ramp, but no longer need riding tractor so not big deal. However, assembled pretty easy, with only one hiccup. The directions aren't the best I have seen, but aren't horrible like others posted. They where good enough to assemble with only a few areas of confusion. Took total of 8 hrs with 2 people, suggest a third when doing roof panels. Takes couple hours to assemble trusses and doors before putting up shed, but went smooth. Time consuming is all the screws. I like they provided shelves and many sunlights, also shims for doors. My platform is level, but not everything is square and plumb with a plastic shed. I love it holds all my outdoor equipment/tools and room for storage. I was waiting to see how it performed after rain and it is completely dry after we just got 2.5inches of rain. Couldn't be happier.

Here are the facts: Took about 20 hours of manpower to complete; 12 hours alone 4 hours with two people You cannot build this shed by yourself. there is about 3 hours of prep work on building sub assemblies before you start assembly of shed I was missing a part and they shipped it. Took a week. Make sure your base is absolutely flat, or this will be a bear to assemble I built a 13x9 wooden deck with 9 cement footings. Cost me $500 and 20 hours to build. The corner walls are tricky to assemble....but they do go together. Be prepared near the end to improvise to get this thing together. I had to widen holes in roof line to allow for last sunroof piece to be installed. Use You tube videos for help to acquaint yourself with product and assembly. I read in reviews that the directions are horrible. They are not the best, but I found them to be 95% accurate. They are sometimes too small to read the detail. Overall the shed is up. I am amazed that it can be this sturdy with how it is constructed: tabs in the bottom walls to hold the sides in, the small screws use through out. We will see.

Perfect She Shed

Time consuming building it but is worth it in the end,stores all my power and hand tools plus my John Deere D120 tractor. Just have a good foundation plan before building this shed. Some of the reviews said here said they were missing parts or wrong floor panels, not so here all parts are bagged and labeled. I am very pleased with this shed and am thinking maybe i should have gone the next size up but this serves my needs very well...
