Lifetime 12.5' x 8' Outdoor Storage Shed

From the first day I received my order number until the day the structure was erected, the support staff/"hub" was ALWAYS there for even my smallest question.  They were patient, polite and professional knowing step-by-step the proper construction of my shed.  My Model 60

I bought the shed and built it a month ago to replace an old shed.  We had two people who helped my husband and I build the shed that have built their own shed in the past.  Both of them could not understand the directions.  None of the parts were labeled so we had to measure the parts before construction to figure out the labels.  The boxes also had no clear thought to how they were packed as part of the floor was in one box and the other part was in the second box.  We did get the shed together but don't believe the box when it says it will take you a few hours.  It works for what we wanted but there are improvements that should be made.

Directions are horrible

This shed is exactly what I needed. Inside I have a riding mower, two adult bicycles, two fully loaded wire shelving units, and many other miscellaneous tools. With all this, I still have room to move around. After reading several reviews, I decided to have someone assemble my shed. He was very professional and did an excellent job. This service was provided through Sam's Club. Cost, $268. Well worth it. A friend and I built the platform. We built the platform a few inches larger than the plans suggest. Thinking the shed is 12.5 x 8. My shed's measurements are, 12'4 1/4” x 7'9 5/8”. I recommend using the plans measurements. This would allow a little over hang. Which is what you want for rain run off. I simply used a silicone caulk to seal the gap between the platform and the shed. The doors are a little snug. Over all, this Lifetime shed is great!  The person who assembled my shed said that he has seen Lifetime sheds that are 15 years old look nearly new. This reassured me in the purchase of my shed.
