I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent changes to the Member’s Mark Chicken Taco Kit. This product used to be a weekly staple for my family because of the high-quality shredded chicken and tortillas.The new version with cubed chicken and different tortillas is a major downgrade in flavor and texture. Please share this feedback with the product development team. I highly recommend reverting to the original shredded chicken recipe. Until then, I will no longer be purchasing this item.

Meh. Bring back the old chicken. We love the old kits. Decided to get it for dinner today and the new chicken sucks. The shredded was better. Now it’s like frozen cubed chicken and the seasoning isn’t even the same. Won’t be buying again unless the shredded is brought back.

Warning- they’ve changed this kit and it’s awful! What was a convenient, delicious, go-to family meal that always made its way into my cart for years is no longer that!! I’m sad to say I’ll no longer be buying due to the low quality chicken and tortillas that are now included with this kit. So disappointing.

This was our favorite weeknight meal from Sam’s. It was easy, delicious, bought it every week. It’s been missing the last two weeks so I thought maybe they discontinued it. I found it yesterday and immediately noticed the chicken was chopped not shredded. I gave it a try anyway. Unfortunately, it’s not as good. The flavor is lacking. The chicken has a lot of fat in it now. There is less cheese and was on the dry side. I’m so disappointed. Please go back to the way you used to make this. If you need to cut costs, leave out a few tortillas. There are always too many.

I have been buying a few of these taco kits a month. Recently I went and they were out so I followed up the next week and they had them. I picked them up but unfortunately they have changed the chicken and they went from being a 9/10 to a 2/10 just in the meat alone. Truly hope they will go back to the old recipe.

Not sure when they changed the chicken from the shredded to a chunked spongy processed type and flour tortillas to a prepacked corn but what a disappointment. You had a great family meal at a fantastic price point and ruined it by changing a really good quality meal up. Please change it back.

They replaced the shredded/rotisserie like chicken with some disgusting chicken cubes that are almost crunchy in a rubbery/plasticky way. Ive finely chopped it and currently cooking on low for a long time to see if zi can make it edible. Sam's you ruined this go to meal for us unfortunately.

We bought the chicken taco kit today, like always, and were HIGHLY disappointing. i immediately noticed the chicken was different, but purchased anyway to see if i was good. NOPE. My sister noticed the tortillas were different too. So disappointing. Won't be purchasing again unless they change it back.

The recipe has change and this is not just a review comparing one product to the other. The new product is really not good and entirely too spicy for a family meal. The tortillas are also not good anymore. They have release a bunch of new prepared meals and they have all been pretty bad. Shame as it’s one reason we love Sam’s but if this doesn’t improve fast we are contemplating canceling.

We have gotten this every time we go to Sam’s for the last couple years and it is our favorite. Unfortunately we will not be buying it again unless they switch the chicken back to the shredded. The cubed chicken has bad flavor and texture. Please go back to the old chicken or I don’t think anyone will repurchase. Very disappointed!
