We use to buy this taco kit so much, now the chicken is cubed instead of shredded like it used to be, the chicken we got was slightly gray and still raw in the middle. So i finished cooking it on the stove top, the taste was so bad and smells nasty while cooking. We will not be purchasing anymore. Thats so sad because we would buy this for a quick heat up meal that had all the fixings. Sorry sams you lost out on customer buying these anymore.

Tonight my husband brought home a taco tray like usual when we go to Sam's and immediately I saw the chicken was cubed, charred, and way less saucy. After tasting it I was so disappointed. Its different from the tray our kids and us have come to love. The chicken lacks flavor compared to the old tray. Weve always got our taco trays from Sam's because grocery store trays never matched up to the same good flavor but unless the old recipe returns we will be skipping this. Such a disappointment. It was good enough that we used it for our teacher appreciation nacho bar, for birthdays, and my go-to to bring anywhere for an easy lunch. Pleaseeeeeee bring back the old recipe. It was so loved and the new one is not good at all.

I am so disappointed with the changes to Sam's Club's Chicken Taco Kit. This used to be one of my favorite items, and I consistently rated it 5 stars. I was buying two kits every week because it was such an easy, delicious meal. Unfortunately, the recent changes have completely ruined it for me. The chicken is now rubbery and has an unpleasant texture, and the tortillas are chewy instead of soft and fresh. The overall quality has dropped dramatically. I'm genuinely bummed because this was a staple in my house, and I honestly can't eat it anymore. Please listen to your longtime customers and go back to the original recipe and ingredients. It was fantastic before, and I know I'm not the only one who misses it.

The recipe has changed in the last couple weeks - it used to be a delicious sauced shredded chicken, and now it is a cubed gummy chicken-like material without any flavor. I used to actually lick the plate clean with the old chicken and sauce, and now I will never buy it again. Super disappointing.

It was cubed instead of shredded as well as seasoned differently. Please go back to the old recipe. The old style of chicken was so good! It was shredded and seasoned perfectly. This used to be a family favorite that we purchased regularly. It’s now a shadow of its former self. The quality of the chicken is poor. Please bring back the shredded chicken. The previous tortillas were better as well. The overall quality and value of the kit has declined with the changes made.

This go to meal has changed. My family usually enjoys this easy meal, however tonight it was TERRIBLE. The chicken wasn’t shredded like normal, it was chewy rubbery chunks. The cabbage was wet, wilted and brown towards the bottom. Minimal cheese, appeared to be more but it was wilted cabbage underneath. The tortillas were not the typical flour ones, these were corn and wrapped in a commercial type package. I hope Sam’s Club goes back to the previous Chicken Taco Kit meal! Very disappointing. If i didn’t live 30 minutes away Id bring it back for a refund.

Was a staple in our house weekly. Upsetting they changed the chicken consistency and tortillas. The past shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken) was phenomenal, the cube chicken is just odd and I wish they would bring the OG that everyone loved. Will no longer be purchasing.

This was one of our go to meals but there was a change from shredded dark meat to diced white meat. The flavor is basically gone from the meat now and there is a lot of tough pieces that aren’t edible. The tortillas have also change but aren’t as bad as the meat change.

they changed the recipe of this and it is nasty now. the meat is not as flavorful and nothing but cubed dark meat, the limes are never ripe, and the tortillas are corn instead of flour now. I won't be buying unless it changes back to what it was which is a shame because I have bad one once a week for 3 years. I'll have to find something else.
