[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Robert Mondavi Private Selection Rum Barrel-Aged Merlot has the aroma of toasted coconut! It had an amazing and complex flavor profile. We paired this Merlot with our pasta dinner tonight and it went incredibly well. It was a very dry red wine, with incredible richness. I would definitely have this wine again with our pasta meals!

I would most definitely recommend to anybody out there that likes this kind of wine. I would try again. I wished I would of paired it with a dessert.

But oh so tasty with green grapes. We voted and all 3 of us gave a 5*****. Poured over crushed ice, sipping between eating a grape was fun for our taste buds.

We had a small gathering we paired it will mini cheese balls, Ritz crackers, and some orange slices. Will definitely recommend this to everyone who loves merlot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Merlot is better when it is warmer out. I was lucky it was a very warm and sunny day out not too hard but 65 degrees with a tad bit of wind. From the smell, right away you can detect coconut, plum, vanilla. The taste is more on the higher end of a Medium body wine. When you sip it, you will taste blueberry, spices, and plum. We had this with brie and jam and I also had another glass with German chocolate cake. The flavors really were present when paired with these items, I noticed. This one is sure to please a nice day, this I also did chill for about 20 minutes, this made a huge difference for the smell and the overall experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a smokey, charred aroma that made us all curious to try it. its color is lighter than the cabernet. its flavor has a tart quality to it it went well with chocolates and appies. We enjoyed it but no one was sure if thed purchase a bottle on their own.
