One of my favorite wines and often hard to find!

Brought as a gift, I went on a cruise and this was the wine my sister fell in love with and enjoyed our whole trip. I was surprised to see it at Sam's club, brought it as a reminder of the good time we had.

Rare find, very good wine, light in the palette, amazing flavor and smooth tannins. I think the price will be rising soon, should be priced at about $35 a bottle, that's why i bought 6 cases

Aging in the rum barrels creates a nice, mellow flavor. A great “go-to” wine when we don’t want something overly complex.

The Merlot had a good character and the flavor was rich and sweet. I recommend this wine for upcoming holiday parties. I will be purchasing this Rum Barrel-Aged Merlot for its unique taste and to share with even more people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not usually a wine lover, I enjoy it sometimes. I have never tried this brand of wine and I’m shocked that I enjoyed it! The aroma was off putting to me, but the taste was smooth. I may have this again at a gathering, I’m not sure. I served apples, cheese, and a variety of spreads and this went well with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very well done! Opening the bottle you can immediately detect the aroma of plum, oak, tobacco and smokey fragrance. It is very dark in color without an overpowering fruit flavor. It is semi to dry in taste but does not have the "dry" after-taste. Definite hints of plum, smoke, and rum. Very smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit that I am not a big Merlot drinker, but the rum barrel-aged Merlot did not suit my palette. The rum flavor was somewhat overpowering which muted the dark fruit flavors. It gives off an aroma of oak and coconut. It might have been better if it had a lower alcohol content.
