Like the firmness of this pillow. Ordered another for traveling.

Very soft but so supportive! Smell a bit but it goes away.

The pillow smells. “We” washed the covers and aired the pillow and still has a smell.

So far this pillow is helping with neck and shoulder paid.

Not very firm. Kind of disappointed. My head just sunk right down to the mattress.

I have neck problems but this pillow is to high and density is to hard forme.
