Received the pillow. Smelled bad from the start. Gave it a chance by letting it air out several day. Did not work. Returned it.

When I got this pillow it smelled like chemical so bad. I let it air out for almost a month and it still had a chemical smell to it. Needless to say I returned it and got my money back.

I loved this pillow so much that after just a few weeks sleeping on it, I purchased 3 more. I wake up so refreshed and without a stiff neck or achy joints!

From my wife... it's OK... too soon to tell because the pillow remains pretty stiff... as it states, takes some time to adjust to, so judgement is not yet complete.

I have not tried sleeping on this yet as the smell is stronger than I can stand. It has dissipated some but not enough so I really can't review it at this time.

This foam pillow had holes in it. I received a quick refund but never received a return label. Sam's must know the they are sending damaged goods to customers or else they would want to examine the pillow.

I have 2 of these pillows that I previously purchased. I left one at my moms house in another state. so I decided to purchase another one, as it’s my favorite pillow. These are nothing like the originals.

I sleep on my side and this pillow is really comfortable...I no longer put my arm under the pillow and find that my shoulders don't hurt when I wake up. Liked it so much I went back and ordered a second one.

FIRM, way too firm. You had better have a very heavy head to put a dent in this pillow. Received this on 09/10 while the weather was still hot. They said this pillow will be a little firmer in colder weather. Not happy.

I purchased this pillow for my husband for Christmas. He loves it. He woke up after using it the first time and said he didn't have any shoulder pain and his neck felt better. He loves it! I wish I had bought it sooner.
