I recently purchased two of these pillows on Black Friday online and love them, they do not collapse like memory foam pillows when they get warm.

This pillow does exactly what it is advertised for. I have purchased several pillows and at last, one I can use on my side and it doesn’t get hot.

Very heavy and had a scent when I opened the box. I left it open to air for approximately one week. Very comfortable

I slept part of a night on this pillow. It is VERY firm and holds heat. I went back to my old pillow.

After using it for a week, I gave it to my Shih Tzu to use as an extra dog bed. My dog doesn't like it either.

They came with no box and they're not Serra brand. They have an odor that I can't get rid of. I'm hoping after time, the smell will go away.

It doesn’t stay firm. I only had it for less than 2 weeks and my neck is hurting. I wonder if I can return this item.

Perfect for side sleepers. I have arthritis in my neck and a “heavy” head so I need a pillow with good support. This one does it!

Love this pillow as it is exactly as they said. It is cooling and I sleep very well with it. Also, it is not heavy.
