Pillow did not come in a box, just a plastic bag. No label. We don't even know if it's a Serta. Could be used and someone returned it. Will be calling for a replacement.

My husband and I bought similar pillows at Sam's Club about 8 years ago and decided it was time to get some more. This pillow is the same style but a different brand from the previous one. It is firmer, as well. If you are a side sleeper with wide shoulders, this is a great pillow for you. It's also fantastic to support my leg while sleeping on my side. It's a little firmer than I would like for my head.

I ordered 8 of these pillows to give for Christmas gifts, and they were not in a box but plastic bags, when I opened the package they came in, the smell was (is) terrible. I have gotten this pillow before from a Sam's store and it was in a box and there was no smell. Love it. These are terrible don't know what I will do with them yet- send back or try to keep- - don't know if smell will go away. Very disappointed.

Wow, ordered 2, NOT SAME AS PICTURED WHEN ARRIVED NOT FACTORY SERTA BOX INCLUDED BUT ALSO THE BLUE STITCHES CORNER NOT ON THE PILLOW COVER EITHER. I TESTED JUST GO FLAT AS SOON AS I LAID MY HEAD ON IT. NO SUPPORT AT ALL. MEMBERS MARK COOLING GEL MEMORY FOAM THAT I BOUGHT MONTHS AGO IS WAY BETTER THAN THIS.

Not good quality

I previously purchased this pillow from Sam's Club a couple of years ago and loved it! When I received this pillow - even though ordered from Sam's Club - it was shipped from it's sister company and was not in the Serta box; it was delivered in a clear plastic bag with a paper insert stating that it was a Serta Side Sleeper pillow from Innova. This pillow did not have the heft of the original pillow that was purchased 2 years ago. This pillow is flimsy, light and squishy. I would not recommend this pillow.

I bought this pillow to replace an older serta side sleeper pillow. This one took about 3 nights to "break in". I find the pillow is lighter and not as supportive. Still a good pillow but after laying on one side of the pillow and going to roll over I have to flip the pillow over because it sinks to deep from where my head was laying.

This a good pillow for side sleeping. It was hard when it got delivered (cold out) then softened inside the house. It was a bit too firm as I initially used it the first time, but then soon softened enough to be about right. Each night, it softened a bit more for a few days until it seemed to have found itself. Now, it's just right for side sleeping. It takes the shape of the head without hard or hot spots; nice! The slight odor diminished significantly after a few days. I'm not concerned about toxic volatiles because I know Serta has good science and safety behind its products.

These pillows give great neck support! The only negative comment I will make is that I had a previous pillow that I swear is the same as this one but it seemed to have a stiffer foam or gel or whatever. This one seems softer but if I flip it then the other side is higher until it settles a little. The previous pillow didn't seem to require the flipping until it got older. This would not stop me from buying the pillow again but if I could find that previous pillow it would be the winning choice for me. Great pillow though, don't think I am being negative; it is worth it and you will probably love it if you like neck and shoulder support. Enjoy!

I purchased this about four years ago, and loved it. Sadly my little chewing Chihuahua had it for lunch. I ordered another one. Not only was it late getting here, it was in no way the same as before. It wasn't the same density. My first one was three times heavier.My advice, skip this one.
