I bought this to use as a gift...however there's no box and it was just in a flimsy bag....really???

This is not a Serta product. Sleep innovative/innocor comfort is the manufacturer as the tag indicates. really disappointing.

for 15 bucks you cant go wrong with this pillow-very well made,very comfortable-its not as "cool"as i was hoping but still a great buy

I am a side sleeper and it made my neck hurt so much worse. The pillow was too thick and left my head at a funny angle all night.

Very pleased with density and comfort level of this pillow. Holds it's shape and provides good support for side sleepers

Arrived yesterday. It smells awful and it was just in plastic with no Serta on the plastic or the paper that came with it

Having trouble adjusting to this pillow. Love my old gel memory foam pillow but this one is a little too thick for me.
