Same issues as everyone else. Hardware is rusting/rusted. Parts are unobtainable. Currently unusable.

Explained my issue to the representative and he understood completely. Put my parts on order as requested. Thanks Sky.

We purchased this because of the size which is great but, For the second time all of the hardware including the bolts rusted out again

Dual Composter corner pieces are failing. Contacted Customer Service/Parts and they asked how many I needed and shipped them out - no charge!
