Only have had since March 21st. I'm only 5'2, and with a slight elevation we both slide off our pillows down into the mattress. What wakes me up is the fact I've slid so far down that I can't breathe. My husband is 5'7, and when he slides his feet hang off the bed. We can't sleep on it flat bc for some reason the head part is lower than the feet part (it's not level). Can we return to the club we purchased it from?

I have been wanting to get an adjustable base for a while now and I am so glad that I did! We can sit it up a lot to watch TV or read in bed, or just a little to help elevate with snoring or congestion. It it very heavy however my husband I were able to bring it inside and assemble on our own. Assembly was very easy.. we did have an issue after plugging it in that it did not work right away, however after about a 2 minute call to customer support we were good to go! You will not regret buying this base.

I purchased this for my mom who is 78 years old. After a recent stay at the hospital from Covid and a couple of nasty falls related to it. She need a different bed. So I wanted to get her an adjustable bed base. I found this one here. My mom loves it!! She doesn't have to worry about things under her bed now. She is able to use the remote and lift the base with the mattress and put things under the bed for extra storage. She is able to adjust the head and the foot to positions that make her more comfortable to sleep. If there were to be a Emergency Situation the EMS could actually raise her mattress up to be even with their stretcher making it much less strenuous on themselves as well as my mother. But I think it's worth the investment. The Adjustable base will sit down right inside your bed frame and no more box springs. It's worth the investment.

This is the second one, and it also came in damaged. The bolt holes are miss drilled, and some holes are torn metal. I'm glad I checked before I unboxed it this time. Dont buy, you'll regret it. Back to Sam's it goes. There is no way the manufacturer doesn't see this, they clearly dont care.

Purchased the motion air base online in May. Had to wait until mid July for delivery. The base has quit working in less than 3 weeks time. I called customer support and have to start a warranty claim. Hopefully the claim process will not take as long as the initial delivery.

The box came in completely destroyed. We tried to put it together but there was bent metal and ripped yes I said ripped bolt holes. Absolutely no way to get this together. I'm so sad my bed is completely taken apart, and now I don't know what is going to happen. I called customer service and they said they were escalating it and it would take 72 hours together a response.... umm what!?! So now we are stuck. Very sad. Hopefully sams makes it right and fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This adjustable base is very sturdy and comfortable. It was very easy to assemble right out of the box. The instructions were easy to follow and very clear on how to assemble the base. It will require two people to get it out of the box, one person to assemble, and then two people to flip it over to its legs. It comes with a remote and you can control the head or feet separately, or the head and feet together. The remote is very handy to have and make adjusting the base easy. The base also comes with a bracket to keep the mattress in place while adjusting the base so the mattress stays in place and doesn't slide around. The legs can be adjusted to different heights so your base isn'ttoo high or low to the floor. I would recommend this adjustable base to anyone in the market for one. Very sturdy and well made.

After waiting for 2 months I called to inquirer about the Seta Motion Air King Adjustable Base. It finally arrived. When assembled there was not motion. I am not sure if I should request a replacement or not. It looks good and fits well with my Serta mattress, order through Sam's Club but when plugged up and using the remote nothing happens. The head and foot racks are missing. The box arrived badly damaged, maybe the racks fail out. It looks good and holds the mattress well, but I chose this for the adjustability of the base. Someone please reach back to me. Thanks.

One of the worst purchasing experiences I have had. The bolt holes were not lined up so we couldn't even assemble the stupid thing. On top of that the material the mattress lays on was torn. If you do try it make sure you don't throw the box away or tear it up too bad because they make you ship it back in the same box. The return was not very clear. Thankfully it's done and gone.

I BOUGHT THIS AT MY LOCAL SAM'S CLUB LAST WEEK AND LOVE IT! INSTRUTIONS ARE HORRIBLE AND I HAVE A SIMPLE FIX !! TAKE A WHOLE PAGE PIC OF OF ASSEMBLED PLATFORM INSTEAD OF OR INCLUDE THE SMALL STEP BY STEP WHICH REALLY DOES NOT HELP!!! WENT TO YOU TUBE AND THAT IS WHAT GOT ME OVER THE HUMP!!
